This property was awesome. Very clean, quiet and comfortable home with a beautiful view! Would say it is not within walking distance to panajachel however, uber rides or tuktuk’s were not hard to find getting too and from the house. Co-host Daniel was very attentive and responsive with any needs. Super friendly and would highly recommend location to those wishing to visit lake Atitlan !!

My family enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Cute, well decorated, and incredible views. We loved spending evenings hanging out on the terrace with a good bottle of wine and snacks. The hosts are great. Communicated throughout our stay. The reliable and friendly transportation arranged by host made getting around easy. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

stunning spot! amazing views and a perfect house for experiencing Atitlan. definitely need a vehicle or access to a driver as it's not walkable, but things are very close by. would definitely return, wish we could have stayed longer. thanks!

The house is amazing the best part is the terrace. A pizza a bottle of wine and enjoy a great view of lake atitlan. <br/>The concierge and the owners were so responsive and proactive. So polite and always providing a great communication. <br/>We had some issues with the toilet and shower and they found the best ways to fix it and make our stay unique. <br/>Thanks!!! That terrace is amazing!

My friend and I had a fantastic stay at this property! The beds were  comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge. The shower had great water pressure—always a plus—and everything was  well-maintained. What really set this place apart were the stunning views; I could have spent hours just taking them in. The hosts were also excellent—quick to respond and very helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for comfort, beauty, and great hospitality all in one!

We really liked the accommodation, very clean and tidy, it is a very quiet area, the house was very nice in general, the attention was very good and it is one of the places you want to return to!  ✨️
