Home was just as described in listing. The pictures did not do it justice. I would recommend this home to anyone going to Cabo.  Host very quick to respond   We really enjoyed our short stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! The perfect location and amazing place where everyone felt welcome and enough things to do. Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent house and host!  We had a large family get together and this was the perfect spot for us to peacefully connect and enjoy each other’s company. The space was beautiful and well appointed. The included dinner on arrival day was also amazing.

The house is perfect.  We loved the decor, the amenities and the location.  We had everything we needed.  The concierge was so helpful with anything that we needed.  They helped us with chefs, massages, restaurants and a yoga instructor.  The entire trip was so smooth.  I would definitely stay at this property again.

Michael's home is absolutely beautiful. It is peaceful, quiet and very safe. I felt more safe here than I do at times in Colorado... Michael was exceptionally available to answer questions for someone who I imagine has bigger things going on :) The home was truly one block from a pristine beach and less than 10 minutes via Uber from the beach that allows swimming. Each bedroom was comfortable and private, with plenty of room for lounging together as a whole family. We went ahead and hired JJ and Irma for 4/5 of our dinners and it was absolutely the smartest thing we did! The meals and service were fantastic, even for my very picky eaters. In fact we ate out one meal--it was twice the price--and when we returned home my kids asked if we could call JJ and Irma to come make us dinner! Fabulous time, perfect location, beautiful home, and I'm not super easy to impress. I've already sent the link to several of my partners after bragging about our trip.

Truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this stay, the home, or our host, Michael. Cabo is paradise and Michael and Stacy’s home is the place to really get the most out of the stay. The house is just steps from the beach and is beautifully decorated and laid out perfectly for a group with multiple places to hang out - by the pool, by the fire pit, on any of the private terraces. JJ and Irma, the chefs, provided an incredible meal on our first night and the house was conveniently cleaned each day. Michael is above and beyond in his communication - he is so warm and helpful. His guides are amazing. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to stay at Casa Del Mar!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Cabo San Lucas! The house was immaculate—super clean, well-appointed, and perfect for our family vacation. The location was fantastic with easy access to everything we needed, and there was so much to do on the property and nearby. We especially loved the pool, which was perfect for relaxing and playing with the kids. The nearby beach was stunning and just a short walk away, and the pickleball court was a fun bonus we all enjoyed. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing getaway!

We had the most amazing time staying at Casa Del Mar! From the moment we arrived we we're blown away by the stunning views and peaceful atmosphere! The house was everything we'd hoped for and more. Very well decorated and fully equipped with anything you'd need. My family and I couldn't have enjoyed our stay more! Do yourself a favor and have  JJ and Irma's cooking more than once, we did and loved it!

Wow! Casa Del Mar was a perfect place for a getaway with our adult children. The home is steps from the beach and in an ideal location in Pedregal, a gorgeous community. The hosts have created an atmosphere that is both elegant and intimate. The house is just gorgeous. Stunning decor and thoughtful amenities blew me away. Everything was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen and heated saltwater pool. This was a true home away from home. We appreciated the private living spaces with ensuite bathrooms while having many places to connect as a family. We loved the starry nights by the fire pit. Daily cleaning services are a huge bonus. Steven is an outstanding host, always prompt to respond, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. JJ and Irma's welcome dinner is still fresh in our minds. Despite trying several great restaurants, Casa Del Mar was our favorite dinner in Cabo. It was an unforgettable experience! We can't wait to return!

This is a very difficult review to write, but not for the reasons that one may think. In fact, there was absolutely nothing that we didn't completely LOVE about our stay at Casa Del Mar. There are not only too many compliments to list, but I also know that in doing so the home could be booked next time we want to visit. But I would be doing a disservice to Michael if I didn't absolutely RAVE about our experience. The home. Wow, wow, wow! You will have your breath taken away as you explore this beautifully designed and decorated home. The location. You are steps away from the beach, which is breathtaking. Far off the horizon is Antartica to the south, Australia to the southwest and Asia to the west. Pedregal. Don't stay anywhere else. What an amazing development. Safe. Beautiful. Nearby to Cabo, but seemingly a world away. Service. Daily housekeeping. Michael is very responsive. A home cooked meal on your first night. Absolute perfection! We'll be back! Gracias!

Our family of 8 had a fantastic week at this beautiful home. The accommodations were top notch and well thought out. Pedrigal is a beautiful community. We got our exercise in as we didn’t have a car - pickleball is directly across the street. Tennis court is quite a hike, uphill, but we’re an athletic family. Ubers were easy to get and we took them daily for dinners out and other activities. Fabulous week in Cabo!

What an absolutely stunning home! We came and stayed for 6 days and had the most wonderful time. The home was so clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. It’s so nice that each room has its own bathroom and king beds, making it super comfortable. The housekeeper was so kind and did a great job. We liked the location being more private, and having the beach across the street was perfect. We loved the welcome dinner that Irma made for our group, it was so delicious and a great way to kick off our stay. We used the Pedregal concierge to help us setup transportation and drivers, a tequila tasting and private cheffing for a few meals. Moni was outstanding to work with to help us plan our trip. Also big shoutout to Chef David & Chef Gene for making us some of the most memorable meals! Overall I would 100% recommend this home to anyone looking for an awesome beach vaca in Cabo.

Words don’t accurately reflect the magic and beauty of this place - the photos are accurate but it’s even better in person. From the complimentary welcome dinner to the daily cleaning, it felt like staying in a five star resort. The pool is beautiful and beach is so close (although you definitely cannot get in the water !) I walked it multiple times a day. Amazing experience!

We were in awe of the space and the neighborhood! It was so spacious! So many different seating areas …. The walk to the beach and morning pickleball was a plus! Just wow! Already planning a trip back for next year for a family wedding!!

Casa Del Mar was a dream. Quiet, peaceful and private and steps from the beach. The house and finishings were exactly as described or better - almost every room has its own patio or balcony space, private bathrooms and plenty of closet space. Would 10/10 recommend and hope to return!

If we could give 6 stars for this place we would.  We were at home from the very beginning.  Location was amazing, house felt like home.  Michael was was checking in on us and quick to respond to any of our questions.  JJ and Irma (private chefs) cooked us 2 amazing meals.  House was maintained immaculately on a daily basis.  The only mistake we made was not staying longer.

Beautiful home perfectly located across from the secluded beach area. Everything is in pristine condition. Great style and love the pool and fire pit area. The Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. It was a 10/10.

The house was more than we could have hoped for. Perfect location to the beach and had everything we needed to spread out and enjoy Cabo.   Our first night we were treated to the best meal by the recommended cooks and it was incredible.  The house was very clean and a favorite spot was the gas fire pit on the patio for the cooler evenings.  Host was very responsive from the beginning and we will recommend to everyone interested.   We will be back without hesitation!!

Wow! This home is amazing. It is beautifully situated right near the beach in the peaceful Pedregal hills. It was well appointed and worked very well for our family. We stopped at the local market on the way in and stocked up for the stay which worked well, as getting into town requires a taxi, or it's also a nice hike (roads are hilly but have incredible views- well worth it).  I'm not sure what the other guest was talking about (an earlier review) about the water and coffee. We drank the water from the tap and it was fine, and our host made more available in the fridge, and the coffee was right next to the coffee maker. The pool area was a great place for us to hang out and the housekeeper helped keep things tidy each day. We are already talking about when to come back to the house, and strongly encourage others to book it! Thank you Michael and Stacie for letting us use your beautiful home and being such responsive hosts.

My only complaint was the fact that you had said the sink water was drinkable & that coffee would be provided. I hate to ever write anything negative, but I was made uncomfortable with the fact that you said coffee would be provided every day & the sink water was safe and drinkable. I could’ve brought coffee, or bought water when I was at the market so it was a bit upsetting to find out from the staff that we shouldn’t drink the water and that you also bring bottled water for yourself. To then be told that I should pay to have someone deliver water after just returning from the market, didn’t sit well with me. Just let people know ahead of time that you recommend buying bottled water. To be told that it cost you $50 to deliver coffee when it was agreed it was included was upsetting as I hate to ever put anyone out. You acted if I had caused you to incur the fee. Mistakes are ok but don’t shift the blame to the guest. Still a fabulous home and I would recommend it.

Eileen, so sorry you were displeased with our efforts to assist you.  As you know, I was in the hospital having surgery during your stay but did my best to respond to your every request..  I do want to clarify that our tap water is drinkable and we have a water purification system in the house just for this purpose.  I'm sorry that someone else told you it is not drinkable.  In addition, I am so sorry that you had difficulty finding items in the house.  When we paid our property manager to go to the house,  the soap was in plain site in each shower and soap dispensers were beside each sink in the house, the coffee was in the pantry and a large container of pepper was in the pantry.  We will do a better job in the future of making them more visible.  I hope the courtesy Perrier water bottles we stocked for your arrival were acceptable and that you enjoyed the wine, tequila and that you and your guests enjoyed the courtesy welcome dinner we provided.  We really do try to go above and beyond for our guests and I feel bad that the water, soap and coffee made your stay uncomfortable.

We spent a wonderful week at Cas del Mar.  Lovely location. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated.  Daily housekeeping staff were friendly and did an amazing job.  Irma and JJ provided us with a delicious authentic mexican meal that earned a standing ovation!

This was the perfect house! From the great beachside location to the household amenities and decor. Even the restaurants and activities recommendations were great. We will definitely be coming back.

This is the most beautiful space I’ve stayed in hands down!!!! And I’ve experienced many beautiful spaces, but this one will forever have a place in my heart. The finishing of the home is immaculate with luxurious home decor pieces that really stood out!!! There were so many areas in the home that were perfect for pictures, especially if you’re into IG. The beach was a 30 second walk from the home, we enjoyed watching the waves crash! And Lastly, the outdoor areas blew us away!!!! Wow. Just book this place, you won’t regret it. The Pedragal made us feel very safe. We were often the only people on the amazing beach that is literally less than a minute from the front door of the house. There were so many different areas in the house to hang out - both inside and outside. The details and decor are even better than the pictures. The daily housecleaning service was a huge bonus for an ABNB.  We loved all of the outdoor areas to relax and the ocean view is better than the pictures. It felt like home. Mike and Stacie provided so many helpful details and their communication was a 10/10. A trip we will never forget!

We just returned from a fabulous stay at Casa del Mar and it absolutely did not disappoint!  I was hesitant to book the home as it was newly listed on Airbnb and really didn’t have any reviews, but am glad I did. Mike reached out several weeks before our stay and provided us with a very thorough pdf guide to the house which also contained info about things to do in Cabo, places to eat, and getting around. The house itself was stunningly immaculate with very nice high end furnishings and finishes and plenty of space for us and our adult  children, inside and out. We were directly across the street from a community pickle ball court and the entrance to the beach which was so  convenient. We would not hesitate to stay at Casa del Mar again if our travel plans take us back to Cabo! Thanks Mike!

This was our second stay in this house and the first with Michael. It was just as great this time as last time and we will be back. I think this may be the best house in the subdivision. Our group of eight had another wonderful stay in Cabo and especially in Pedregal. Thank you Michael and team for the memories. We will see you again.

We had a terrific week at Mike's place in Cabo! The house and furnishings were so beautiful and the surrounding environment was stunning. It is just a quick 1-2 minute walk to the beach and the pickle ball courts from the entrance of the house. The heated pool and outside patio provided the perfect relaxing hangout for our family. There is plenty of space and VERY comfortable couches inside to lounge on at the end of the day Most importantly, Mike was an amazing host - even though he was all the way back in the States. He was very very responsive, and made sure we knew the "lay of the land" before we arrived. We had an issue with the AC, and within 15 minutes the maintenance crew was at the house and in less than 24 hours the broken part was replaced. He arranged for a lovely traditional meal by his housekeeper Irma that we will dream about for years to come. When we come back to Cabo we will absolutely be reaching out to Mike again to stay in his amazing home.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Michael’s gorgeous beach home! It is new to Airbnb (hence minimal reviews) but this house is legit. You will be so happy you booked!! It is absolutely perfect and beautiful. There’s no way that the pictures would ever do it justice. His wife designed the home so thoughtfully, it is peak luxury and has everything we could have possibly needed AND MORE! Smart TVs, Sonos sound systems we listened to our music on. It is quite literally across the street from the beach and ocean. We walked there barefoot from the house daily to enjoy the beautiful sand and sunsets! Beyond this gorgeous house, Michael is the most accommodating host I’ve ever met. He helped us every step of the way and was so generous! He treated us to the most delish welcoming meal by his fantastic private chef’s JJ and Irma. He provided us with daily maid service from the lovely Gris! We felt so at home and so spoiled. This house is in Pedregal and is a GEM. We loved every second!

This house far exceeded my expectations! It was truly the nicest place my family and I have ever stayed in! The host/management team responded to us quickly and the location was extremely convenient to everything we needed. The housekeeper, Gris, is amazing and all of the little extras such as the L'Occitane soap, shampoo, and conditioner were really thoughtful and allowed us to relax and just enjoy our time away. The guidebook provided in the house gave us all the information we needed for transportation, restaurants, emergency services, local attractions, etc. If you are ever in the area, definitely stay here...you won't be disappointed!!!
