We took a family vacation and stayed here for 4 nights and it was amazing! The staff was super helpful and responsive before, during, and after the trip! Geraldine, the concierge, for our trip was amazing and even babysat for our 3 little ones so we could have an adults dinner out. The home is stunning! Fully stocked with everything we needed. Bedrooms were super comfortable and roomy. With a family of 10 we all still had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the space. We would definitely book again and highly recommend!

We booked Mi Casa de Cabo for 13 girls and had an amazing time. The hosts Geraldine and Patricia were incredibly helpful assisting with dinner reservations, recommendations, and coordinating chefs, bartenders, and decorators. The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. We’re looking forward to staying at Mi Casa de Cabo.

Stayed here for my bachelorette party with 10 girls. We had the best time! We used the chefs for multiple meals that were recommended by the concierge and they were amazing. The pool and view are even better than the photos. The bedroom / bathroom set up is perfect as each room is large with an en suite bathroom. The house was super spacious and in a safe area. The concierge was very responsive and helpful from the minute I booked!

This house was absolutely incredible!! The pictures do not do it justice! The view is amazing, the house is huge, every room had its own bathroom, plenty of space in all the living areas, great outdoor space with pool and hot tub! I truly cannot say enough good things about this home. Along with that, Geraldine, our concierge, helped book a private chef for all three days who was also amazing as well as Miguel the butler! She also booked all of our transportation for four days and the timing was seamless for all of our rides and the drivers were great. Patricia was the one who met us there when we checked in and showed us around the house and was very welcoming. With her, were the chef and butler with snacks and drinks ready as well as a masseuse giving 5 minute massages for everyone. Again, I could go on and on about this place and the service. Would definitely stay here again and I hope I get the chance to!

Amazing place ! The pictures are accurate but the view is so much better in person. Geraldine and Patricia answered all of our questions and were great to help us organize our trip. We went for a bachelorette but would also be good for big friend group. Highly recommend doing the private chef as you won’t get a better view than the Airbnbs at a restaurant. 10/10 would recommend.

the house is absolutely gorgeous!!! pictures don’t do it justice. i stayed here for my bachelorette with 13 others and we had the best time, the house was more than enough spaces for us. beds were extremely comfortable and there’s a bathroom in each room. the concierges geraldine and paty were extremely helpful in coordinating transportation and events for the weekend. we had dinner on our last night cooked by chef eduardo and it was perfect, 1000/10. we also had miguel prepare drinks and snacks for a “butler” day which was fantastic! we rented golf carts to get to and from the beach easily, definitely reocmmend! overall would definitely recommend this house, can’t beat the price for those views accommodations, and hospitality!

Mi Casa was everything we were hoping for and more. I now know what the other reviews meant when they said even better than the photos — the sprawling views from every room are truly breathtaking and the entire vibe is serene. We loved the built in Sonos sound system easily enabling us to play our favorite music throughout the house. The bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms were extremely spacious. The concierge was so helpful in ensuring the house was all set up for our arrival with groceries and supported booking private chef meals (which were incredible!), activities, and transportation to and from the house. The concierge greeted us upon arrival, too, and helped out when one of our party had a lost bag that had to be delivered (requiring lots of Spanish translation to resolve — we were grateful!). The pool, hot tub, and fire pit areas were amazing, we spent most of our time at the house outside — mornings and sunsets were magical! Perfect place for any bachelorette!!!

The home is even better than the photos in the listing.  The views are magnificent.  This is our third year staying in a villa in Pedregal and this was by far the best experience.  There were 10 in our party covering 3 generations, ages 8 to 70.  The concierges, Geraldine and Patti, were wonderful, very responsive and helpful.  The chef services provided by Eduardo and his staff were first class.

This house exceeded all expectations that I had. The view and chef Eduardo and his team made my 30th birthday exceed every expectation. The hosts were fantastic and communicated so well and helped me plan a lot of my trip. The house is better than the photos even shown! The only negatives I have about the house was the amount of hot water for the showers and the price of transportation to get to the local area. I would 10/10 recommend this house to everyone!

Staying at Kathya’s villa was honestly one of the best experiences my team and I have ever had easily a 10/10. From the very beginning, the concierge team provided with the Villa was incredible. They were so attentive and made sure everything we needed was handled right away. The chef service they provided through the concierge was amazing, every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. It really took the entire experience to another level. The transportation service was also perfect. Our driver was always on time (actually early most of the time), ready and waiting for us. It made everything so smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. And of course, the villa itself is stunning. The space, the views, the details, everything about it was amazing. Our stay at Mi Casa was nothing short of phenomenal. The house is AMAZING, located on the top of the hill in Pedregal in a great location. It’s spacious, well laid out, and has a breathtaking view. We absolutely loved our stay. The place was amazing, the hosts were so friendly and helpful. All the services provided were lovely and were great with customer service. We utilized the private chefs, Eduardo and Miguel, who made the most delicious appetizers on arrival and the best dinner on our last night. Review: The Air Bnb was great. The views were absolutely stunning w access to private beach. The amenities were great. We really enjoyed playing pickle ball. It fit 12ppl comfortably with nice round dinner table that seats all. The grill, the fire place and hot tub added to the after party vibes! Still can't get over the stunning view from infinity pool, with boats zipping by in the distance. Airbnb Problems. 1. Toilet didn't work correctly in one room 2. Good vent did not work in kitchen 3. A lot of light switches didn't work. 4. The shower head in our bath would not stay in the top position making it difficult to shower. 5. blood stains on towels and sheets 6. terrible cooking pans 7. a lot of problems with the stove

Your Group requested Late check out and we let you all stay till 1 pm and we asked  if anything to report and she  said everything was perfect ,  it would have been very nice for you to report while you are in the property, i  would have personally check during your stay and resolve inmediately  if anything, is wrong or needs attention we definitely work inmediately to make it right.  everything you mentioned  has been checked and everything is good order and working.  Lights work all ok. they are dimmeable,, vent in the kitchen works, the shower head works, we will get new cooking pans, the stove works , but when the burners are not placed  properly  then they dont light up with the spark.  linens are througly washed and checked before every arrival,  In the future if you rent an airbnb we suggest to comunícate anything, it is our pleasure to always help.

The most incredible house I’ve stayed at in Cabo! I came with 10 girls for my bachelorette party and it was a dream. Geraldine and her staff booked dinner reservations for us, stocked the fridge with groceries and had complementary food and drinks for us on arrival. The pictures do not do this house justice! The home and the stunning beach front view is incredible. We felt safe in Pedregal and it is unanimously our new favorite area to stay. STAY HERE!

Honestly we’d give them 11/10 if we could. Geraldine our concierge was so helpful every step of the way and Paty once we arrived. The service was top notch- no detail left unturned and the house was beautiful. Pictures truly don’t do it justice- everyone in our group agreed even better in person. Our stay was fantastic and the house is beautiful, spacious, and clean. A couple things bothered us. None of the sliding doors locked. We were a bachelorette group of 9 girls and we each tried and none of them were able to lock which was unsettling. There was miscommunication with Geraldine and the cost of each transportation trip. We were told $5 a head per trip and later with each trip we were told a different number. We did complain and they took money off a trip for us. Other than that everything went smoothly and I would recommend.

This house was incredible! The photos don’t do it justice, I was so pleasantly surprised at how gorgeous this house was. We went for my bachelorette with 10 girls and had the best time. The host/staff were amazing, we used the recommended cook and bar tender who made amazing drinks and meals. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Our one-week stay was a most memorable trip that we will cherish for years to come.  We were a group of 12 family members reunited to celebrate an 80th BD.  The staff was very accommodating from the minute we landed at Los Cabos San Lucas.  Transportation picked us up at the Airport, transported us to Costco to pick up groceries and drove us to Mi Casa De Cabo.  They helped us coordinate a celebration dinner that included a dinner prepared by Chef Miguel, a Mariachi Band to serenade the BD person, and a delicious birthday cake.  To say that it was peaceful does not capture the essence of this serene place.  All the staff members (Chef Miguel and his assistant, Aron, Geraldine, Paty, and Ulyses) were extremely professional and helpful.  They went out of their way to make our vacation special.   Our only regret is that we did not book for another 2 to 3 more nights.  Our activities (Boat Ride- snorkeling and Camel Ride/ATV) were amazing.  We look forward to another visit.  Thank you.

This place was amazing! The pictures did not do it justice. From start to finish this place exceeded expectations and the hosts were unbelievably accommodating throughout our entire stay. We did find that ordering Ubers was much cheaper than ordering shuttles via the host, only a bit less convenient as you have to arrange for their entry at the front gate of the community. It was easy enough because we had a Spanish speaking member of our group but I can see how that may have become tricky. The hot tub and pool were incredible and easy to heat up. The location is the best on the mountain and the butler services were fantastic. it was overall an incredible experience and we will definitely be back! an amazing time and gorgeous place. And of course Paty and Geraldine were so so easy to communicate with, sweet and great resources throughout our stay.

I cannot say enough great things about Mi Casa! The place was stunning, the views were unreal, and the service was top-notch! Mi Casa went above and beyond by providing us with a complimentary butler staff of 3 people, a concierge and maid service. Miguel and his butler staff were present on the day of check-in and for one full day. They prepared and served us drinks, mocktails, enchiladas, guacamole, salsa, etc. All the food was freshly made! Geraldine, the concierge, was extremely helpful in making reservations and giving us suggestions. She made us reservations for two restaurants, coordinated a chef to come to the house to prepare dinner, arranged private transport to/from the airport, and arranged for the maid service to come for one day. Simply put, Miguel and Geraldine made our trip! The experience definitely would not have been the same without them.

This airbnb is amazing. The hosts are responsive and coordinated all activities, transportation, food, butler service, catering, etc. I could not recommend them enough. They were responsive and answered any question. We had a cleaning service come midway through our stay. The hot tub and pool were warm. They did our grocery shopping. We had transportation to all activities coordinated by the house for an additional fee. This is truly a home away from home in Mexico. It was safe in a gated neighborhood. The drive up the hill is a little scarier but the drivers for responsible and knew the are so well, we were never nervous. It's 15 minutes to the marina for a boat day and 15 minutes to all restaurants and bars. I love it here and would stay here again.

Our recent stay at Casa di Cabo for my 30th birthday celebration was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and accommodating, ensuring our experience was nothing short of perfect. This house was beautiful! The other reviewers are spot on that the pictures don't really do this place justice. The concierge service was spectacular - they were super helpful, responsive, and flexible to work with! We did have persistent issues with the house related to power and hot water. A fuse blew in the house on the 1st day that wiped out electrical on the main floor and within most of the bedrooms. While the owners were responsive, it resulted in a work crew needing to be at the house 3 out of the 4 days of our stay, and several hours each day without power, AC, internet, etc. We also were without hot water for two days. It certainly didn't ruin the trip, but it was inconvenient for the majority of our stay. We would have preferred to receive some money back on the cost of the home, but instead, the owner sent out an extra day of butler service, which was nice, but didn't include any extra food or drinks so didn't offset any costs for us.

Hi Alyssa, we are surprised you felt the extra butler services provided by our amazing team were not sufficient for the inconvenience that happened with the electricity outage while you were on your way out for dinner. I have all events registered, The issue happened at night before you went to dinner and it was fixed the same night before you arrived from dinner , Paty our house hosts was there right away with our electrician and confirmed when the outage was resolved. The next day you mentioned message water heaters were not working due to the previous incident and we had our electrician return and fix them. Other than that, I am sure you had a great time, we are one of the best rated homes in the Pedregal area price, size, and unbeatable views and service and sometimes there are unexpected issues that can happen, we are super prompt with our response and our goal as hosts is for all our guests to have the best vacation ever.

Mi Casa is truly better than described! The views from the house are gorgeous both day and night, especially at sunset! The neighborhood itself is not only extremely safe (gated) but also an extremely friendly neighborhood, whether it be the staff working the area or the neighbors / locals. The house itself is walkable to both the beach and down town area, however the hosts provided quick and responsive transportation whenever needed. Geraldine and Pati were both incredible hosts! Responsive within minutes of any inquiry we had or request that we made during the duration of our week long stay. Eduardo and Miguel were an all star duo for our chef / butler services. They accommodated every aspect of our dietary needs and even provided gluten free options without being told to do so-- simply incredible service! As a long time user of AirBnB I can safely say Mi Casa provided the best vacation experience my family and I have ever had.

We had an unfortunate circumstance with a hurricane which lead to a really terrible stay. Otherwise, I’d say the host communication was great and the house overall is beautiful but due to our circumstances it did not withhold. Prior to the hurricane: Doors didn’t seal close. AC units leaked on our heads during sleep. Pipes didn’t drain. Fire pit and gas lines didn’t work at times. Due to the hurricane, circumstances were substantially worse but I don’t feel it’s fair to ding their overall house rating for that. I think Geraldine herself is very sweet and nice and responsive as a host. She tried her best but I do feel that the actual homeowner or company responsible or this listing should be held accountable for all the unfortunate events that happened at my stay. They were not prepared whatsoever and as everyone can see this is not a cheap listing by any means.

Hi Brandon it was a very unfortunate stay for both sides, you knew a hurricane was coming to Cabo San Lucas and we told you to book flights for Friday,  but you decided to stay and live the situation and for that gave us a 1 star review,  I  truly believe is not a fair review,                     I do have to mention the lack of common sense you had during the hurricane when you opened the hurricane shutters during the hurricane, you risk windows to break, as peoples lives including my butler's Miguel asking him to go out during the hurricane to buy food and water, when we told you,  needed to be prepared  and buy water and food, Miguel had to risk his car to get you beer and food when this was a serious thing, a group of 12 adults should be more mature in this type of situations,  not to say should bring money to your vacations, Miguel had to give you money to buy groceries and to pay the taxi to the airport.  As Hosts  we always want our guest to have the best time of their life.  it this case this was not possible for many reasons.

Other reviews have said this, but the pictures do not do it justice. We all walked into this villa and our jaws dropped. So much space, the pool is incredible, the views are incredible. Bedrooms are all spacious and have their own en suite bathrooms. Not to mention the concierge/host/drivers/butler we’re so easy to coordinate and are incredibly responsive. Please book this place!

Rarely is the case that the place itself is better than the photos and description. This was one of those rare occurrences. Unbelievable property in every single aspect you can conceive. I don’t think I actually even saw every room and hallway in the place, despite being there for an entire week. We will definitely be back. We visit Cabo 4+ times every year and this, hands down, was the most unbelievable experiences we’ve ever had. Well done!

Absolutely amazing! Every aspect exceed our expectations. 

Better than you can imagine! The home was beyond gorgeous, like others have said, better than the photos! We had 12 adults & 2 infants for 8 days at Mi Casa De Cabo and loved every second! Each of the 6 bedrooms had a fabulous view and a en-suite so no one had to compromise. Plenty of room to spread out or gather together. The location of the home could not have been better! In the private neighborhood we felt safe, and secure even at night walking around because of the 24/7 gated security. We utilized the preferred taxi service of the home and never had any issues. Do yourself a favor and book the chef service as often as you can! Edwardo and Miguel prepared our meals (with dietary needs) to perfection. After eating out at local restaurants, we all agreed that the private chef service was a much better arrangement for price, convenience, and taste! Geraldine made sure our stay was perfect from the second we booked until checkout! LOVE LOVE LOVE

We had a great experience staying at Mi Casa. The house and the views were incredible, and the concierge, Marzia, and her team were accommodating all weekend. Pre-arrival: Marzia reached out to assist in booking activities, gathering a grocery list, arranging chef/butler services, transport, etc. Upon arrival: Patty met us at the house to greet us! She pre-stocked the house with the groceries we ordered. The chef and butler, Ulises and Hugo, were attentive and provided great service through the weekend. One thing to be aware of - the house sits at the top of a hill in Pedregal, our driver would get lost taking us back to the house so we'd make sure to have Maps on our phone to make sure we were going the right way. Separately, the upper primary bedroom sits in a wind tunnel and the windows rattle in the night. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!

House was spectacular. Loved having the concierge for rides, boats, chef, and stocking the fridge. Location was perfect.

Beautiful house with an amazing pool and view. Very spacious and clean. Almost every room had an amazing view. Beds were comfortable and there were items such as towels and umbrellas to make it feel like home. Turning the heat on for the hot tub and pool was a bit confusing though. Concierge response time was slow, but she helped with many recommendations, which all turned out to be reliable and trustworthy. They did allow us to check in early bc they did not have a guest the prior night, which was amazing.

If you’re looking for a majestically perched, breathtaking location for a large group, this place is for you. The Villa had everything one would need from pool, hot tub, fire pit, spacious rooms/accommodations, and all the amenities packed into a serene, private, and spectacularly situated spot. Our group had such a great time and look forward to come again to this gem in Pedregal!

An absolutely breathtaking house that the pictures do not do justice to. The staff was amazing, friendly, ease to work with, and answered every question and inquiry promptly. Everyone in our party was blown away by every single aspect and we would return 100 times.

The pictures shown on this listing does not do this place justice. The house is in a private gated community. Anyone that enters the community has to be checked in at the gate. We were greeted with welcome drinks & snacks and complimentary butler service for a few hours upon arrival. Before arriving, concierge service helped us arranged airport transportation and stocked our fridge with items we wanted from Costco. Any questions or issues, the house host was quick to respond. Our host was able to arrange a last minute request for a chef to come cook dinner for 15 ppl. We all loved waking up every morning to the ocean view from our bedrooms and the pool area. The house is updated, clean, and very spacious. The community has their own private beach as well. It was quiet, clean, and we felt very safe.  This house was perfect for our bachelorette of 13 women.  Will definitely return again! Thank you to all the staff at Mi Casa, you made our trip so memorable.

This Villa was absolutely amazing! The from the security to the beautiful views in the sitting room. The Mi Casa team was also fantastic! Very responsive, nice, and knowledgeable. The Chef was also great! This place is absolutely huge and breathtaking! The two combinations made our stay well worth it. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay, the villa was amazing and the view nothing like we have ever seen before, magnificent, and the best sunsets (and sunrises)! The villa has many different areas to hang out, and almost from everywhere you have the amazing sea view. The host was incredible and helped us out with being able to stay at the villa last minute. Was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying at this villa and you will have an amazing time in Cabo!
