We surprised our family with a visit to Morry’s for the holiday. The view was amazing and the host and management were responsive but there is a lot of deferred maintenance. Things were not as clean as we expected, the bathtub did not work, the downstairs kitchen is not equipped. Also keep in mind there is no where to comfortably sit together indoors in the event of rain or moths at night. It’s lacking an indoor common space and a lot of the little things need to be repaired. The view is incredible and the house is relatively comfortable other than lack of a “living room”. At night the moths are attracted to the light making it difficult to sit outside where the only large couch is. We had to make our own living room by getting creative with furniture inside to hang out together as a family past sunset.

Love the place. The host helped arrange a car rental which you must have to get to the place. We used an uber a couple of times - although the uber couldn’t get all the way to the place.

Wow! Stunning! We loved this home so much we had to stay an extra night. Amazing hosts! Very comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms, the view…..just wow. A bird watcher’s dream. We saw toucans, laughing falcons, montezuma oropendola, euphoria, flycatchers, tanger, guans!!!! And many more. Super close to everything like grocery stores, the beach, the lagoon with a waterfall just a short hike away, but far enough to soak in the peace. Hot tips: you can rent surf boards and bougie boards at surf shops in town. Save yourself the baggage fees. Check out the local farmers markets and be sure to try as much fruit as you can. This house’s inviting and well appointed kitchen is perfect for preparing all the delicious goodies you pick up. We traveled with 3 generations and this house had something for everyone, we loved it.

We stayed here for 11 nights and the home has a fabulous view. The visits from monkeys, toucans and other beautiful wildlife was incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House itself had spider webs in corners and on lights and bugs on the floor, I’m sure came in under the doors, but we had clean linens and dishes. They provided some oil and seasonings in upstairs kitchen. Plenty of towels and laundry soap. The road up is not too bad, though 4 wheel drive is highly recommended during rainy season. All in all we had a great time. Very relaxing.

We had a great time at this beautiful home. It truly is where the Toucans fly, we watched them everyday. The views were spectacular and the sunsets never ended. Will definitely be back!

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, es privado y bonito, necesita un poco más de mantenimiento y mejorar el equipamiento pero es aceptable si no buscas o eres dependiente de los lujos y de las comodidades en general

The location, architectural features, and views are amazing. However, we found the property needed more regular maintenance in order to provide a fully satisfying stay. We had some problems with amenities like the AC, washer/dryers, and door handles. The host and property manager were responsive to our concerns, but it didn't feel like the property was being kept up as well as you might expect for the price. Overall a below average stay for our group.
