White Beach Jungle Villa & Private Pool

Leslie was a wonderful host. Prompt with communication, flexible, and kind. Despite the constant rain we had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this property.

Leslie was a wonderful host, very helpful and kind. The house was absolutely perfect! It was really big, and perfect for our family. We loved the lush garden, lots of animals, and the pool was clean and warm. The house was clean and the outdoorspace was sooo nice. The location is amazing. Next to the national park entrence and close to all the resturants and shops, a short comfortable walk even at night. We really enjoyed our stay i Cahuita and can really recommend staying att Leslies house!

Amazing home with tons of privacy, but right in the middle of town. Great pool and gardens. We had lots of different bird species, plus several monkeys and some agoutis throughout the yard. Walkable to lots of restaurants and very easy access to the park. Leslie was a great host and helped us organize several outings in the area.

Beautiful garden and pool. Quiet but only a couple of blocks from restaurants, stores and the National Park and its jungle and beach.

Leslie’s home is an incredible garden oasis. We had blue crabs, monkeys, tons of birds, and even tapirs walking through the yard. My husband and I stayed in the separate studio which was quiet and private and our kids stayed in the main house. The air conditioning worked great which was wonderful since it was so hot and humid. The Cahuita NP was a few minutes walk where we saw toucans, monkeys, iguana, butterflies, 1 sloth, and a baby viper. You did have to walk quite far to get to the parts of the beach where you are allowed to get in, but it was a nice walk. The kitchen does not have many small appliances, but did have a stove, oven, and microwave. We enjoyed mainly eating out. Leslie was very nice with great recommendations. As Colorado people, it was a bit too humid for us and way too many bugs, but that is the jungle for you!

Leslie’s place was spectacular! It is in a beautiful setting close to the park where we could sit by the pool and enjoy nature at any time. Leslie recommended a very knowledgeable guide for our park tour and was responsive to our questions. Would 10 out of 10 stay here again.

We came to the jungle villa in 2018. We were so enchanted by this house and the beauty of its surroundings that we knew we would be back again. Came back again for my birthday this year and yes it felt like home!! The people, the FOOD in the local restaurants, and the beauty of this country is amazing! Looking forward to returning someday. Thank you Leslie, Ana, and Arturo for being amazing hosts.

Wir hatten eine tolle, entspannte Zeit in Leslies großem Haus. Uns hat der private Pool und insgesamt die Privatsphäre, die wir hatten sehr gefallen. Es gab in dem blütenreichen Garten immer etwas zu schauen. Der tolle Strand ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, ebenso wie etliche Restaurants und Supermärkte. Insgesamt ist Cuhuita eine Reise wert.
