Belizean Beach Front Condo

We enjoyed the 2 bedroom condo. Nice & quite for sleeping .. plenty to explore during the day . Staff very helpful.

The condo was lovely. We enjoyed the ocean view, easy access to town, and restaurant/bar on site. What stood out were the front desk services. From weeks before the trip, through the entire trip experience, the folks at the front desk were always ready to answer questions, make recommendations, seek out reservations on our behalf, etc. Their help with the trip details made all the difference for a smooth experience. Thank you so much!

Our Tres Cocos condo was the perfect home base. Before we arrived, we filled out a welcome form & were able to arrive with offered items for our fridge, fully stocked. They offered a breakfast package, sodas, coffee, and would grab you whatever other type of cream and sugar you liked; and a case of beer along with a bag of ice in the freezer. The air-conditioning in the condo was great and the beds were super comfortable. We all slept like babies. Loved the large shower in the master bathroom. Spent every morning out on the back deck looking at the ocean and drinking our coffee. Do you want a cocktail easy walk right out your door in the doghouse bar is there or a short little walk along the beach out on the dock to 303 restaurant or Mesa Cantina we enjoyed all three easily walkable restaurants/bars. We even had the condo arranged for our golf cart, which was there at check-in. Get the golf cart! Reception at Trece Coco’s was extremely proactive, they messaged us through messaging

Easiest airbnb check in and pick up ever from airport. Host available at all hours via sms. Rented golf cart on scene for transport. Bar on scene. Comfy beds. Good air A/C. Maybe one of the smoothest air bnb operations I’ve ever been involved in Thank you James et al for everything

We stayed over Xmas 2025. The location was great. Just north of the bridge. The staff was great - super helpful. It was nice having a restaurant on premise. It had the nicest beach in that area - it was raked daily - and there were chairs available right on the beach. We would stay there again.

Amazing place! The condo is even more beautiful than the photos. Plenty of space, nicely equipped kitchen, and what a view! We had to work some while here so opted for the dedicated cable line and it worked well. The front desk at Tres Cocos could not have been better. Very responsive and helpful, above and beyond what I expected! Can’t wait to return!!

Tres Cocos resort was great. From the reservation to checking out the staff was always very helpful and extremely responsive. The unit was beautiful and matched the photos. The private beach was just behind the building and had chairs out for lounging. The bar/restaurant on site was great and many other places to eat were very close, a few of them walkable. The staff lined up golf carts for local travel and taxis when requested. Downtown Belize was very close by cart and the northern part of the island had a plethora of excursion companies and restaurants that were excellent. The condo was spotless and had enough cookware for any meal. Grocery stores and/or pharmacies were a minute or two away by cart. We will definitely be back to Belize and look forward to staying here again. Amazing place!!!

Our condo was comfortable and clean. Check-in was easy and it was so nice to have a welcome drink on arrival. We had a wonderful view of the reef and beach area. Drank coffee on our porch every morning. Sometimes you need the bug perfume. Kitchen and the condo is stocked with everything you need. The Dog House bar right next door was fun for hanging out. Best Mojito ever by Kenny G!! We enjoyed the guys bartending immensely during our stay. Prefect location just north of the bridge. Lots of local bars and restaurants that you can find on the north part of the island. We would stay here again.

Awesome property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close enough to downtown for shopping but far enough away for peace and quiet. Several great restaurants and bar within walking distance.
