Luxury BEACH Front Villa! NO HOA! Recently built!

Tico Tides was the most INCREDIBLE Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Rob was amazing he reached out right away to help us plan our trip! The service was top notch the entire time! Kenneth picked us up from the airport so we never had to worry about driving he takes care of EVERYTHING! He quickly became family to us, we already miss him and our adult kids loved having him around, he took them at night to see the town and bars and it made me feel so comfortable to know they were with him! He’s a true local who knows everyone, he has a heart of gold and truly wants you to have the best time! HUGE shout out to Maria she does an amazing job keeping the house tidy, washed our laundry all week and beds were made everyday! Being a family of 7 that made it like a true woman’s “dream-vacation” we were able to truly relax! We had chefs 4 of the 6 nights it gave us so much time as a family to relax in the pool before dinner! The house is a fortress and felt so safe! Can’t wait to come back!

Stayed at Tico Tides for spring break with three families with children ranging from 10 to 15 years old. Everything exceeded our expectations. The host is super responsive and helped set everything up for the entire trip. The local staff was amazing, and fun to be around and also very helpful. The best way to describe the experience is that it is like having your own private concierge at a resort, from booking to transportation, all of it. We are not resort people so this is the best of all worlds.. cannot recommend highly enough and we will def be back.

I’ve lived and worked all over the world and Rob, his place and his team are legit 5 stars!! Absolutely unreal and such a blast. Rob is responsive, supportive and just flat out fun. Keneto and Maria are fantastic on all fronts!! This team matches staying at a Four Seasons, actually they are way more fun. Appreciate you guys and we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much and couldn't have asked for a better home base. The property is finished to an exceptionally high standard, with every detail clearly thought out. It was also incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably, both communally and individually. A huge thank you to our hosts for going above and beyond. They were instrumental in facilitating additional services from local providers, such as private dining, spa therapists and local tourist attractions. We took the option of having the driver for the week also, I'd recommend this, as the vehicle itself is modern and comfortable, and Kenny's knowledge and familiarity with the roads / local area ensured our itinerary was executed seamlessly and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium stay with top-tier hospitality!

This place is an absolute dream! We have traveled the world and stayed at countless Airbnb’s — this one is at the top of our list & we will absolutely be returning. The house is grand, spacious, private, comfortable and has everything you need. The outdoor pool space is a perfect layout for those who want sun or shade. The bedrooms are spacious, comfy and bathrooms are eloquent (shout out for the dual-head showers!). Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is great when you have a full house of folks. There’s even a bathroom accessible from the pool area. The location is perfect. The beach is just steps away. Soft sand and not crowded at all. And I haven’t even gotten to the best part — Kenneth. He takes care of the home and whoever is in it. He was also our driver for the entire trip & was the gold star for anything we had questions on or suggestions of things to do/find. Rob is a tremendous host. He went above & beyond in every way. If you want a luxury stay in CR, this is the spot.

best house in Herradura minutes to Casino in Jaco and minutes to Los Suenos. Kenneto our butler is world class and will get you anything you want. house comes with a 14 passenger van with Kenneto as the driver who knows the entire area really well. The maid Maria deserves a special mention she kept the house tidy everyday. We plan to call this our home away from home. We will be back

Rob is extremely responsive And always looking to make sure we had the best time. All the staff was amazing during our stay as well - from help for activities to house cleaning and errands everything was seamless. The villa is beautiful and great for small or large groups.

As you stepped into the paradise that awaited you, Kenneth and his team had taken care of everything. The home was pre-stocked with all the essentials you could possibly need. Our chef was the icing on the cake, with every bite of his delicious meal leaving me speechless. Rob, our attentive host, ensured that I never felt like leaving, always checking in and making sure I was comfortable. This was my second time renting from Rob, and the home was simply astonishing and amazing. Taking a moment to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from the rooftop or relaxing in the sand made me appreciate life even more. I want to express my deepest love and respect to everyone who made my trip an unforgettable experience that I’ll cherish forever.
