We enjoyed our stay very much in this large, beachfront condo unit. First, the good things. The place is very large, with nearly 2,500sqft (750 sqm) of space. The main floor is quite spacious, allowing a family of six to spread out and feel at home. The location is unbeatable, being right on the beach in a quiet zone between the all-inclusive resorts and the Buenaventura gated community. Also, the Super 99 grocery store (a 5min drive) is fantastic, allowing you to find whatever you need to cook meals or to stock up on snacks and drinks for the beach. The condo complex is not highly populated, meaning on some days it feels like you have the place to yourself. Now for a few drawbacks. The hot water is barely functional - it only works upstairs and not in the kitchen. The property needs maintenance, and parts of the condo complex are in decay. The kitchen and most of the furniture are well-worn and could use a refresh. The master ensuite shower did not have a shower head.

La estadía fue de lo mejor. El apartamento muy limpio, con vistas preciosas al mar, buena atención de los anfitriones, un buen lugar para pasar en familia y disfrutar días de descanso. Recomendado!!

Es un apartamento con una excelente ubicación muy cómodo, y espacioso con una espectacular vista al mar. Dentro de un complejo habitacional muy lindo y con muchos amenities. El encargado sr. Ricardo muy atento y predispuesto a solucionar los problemas. Una galería muy cómoda como se muestra en las fotos publicadas. Con respecto al mobiliario también es como se muestra de muy buen gusto, calidad y comodidad. Con una cocina amplia y completa. Sin embargo, como sugerencia adicionales y en función de un departamento de esas características y precio, se notó la falta o deteriorados de pequeños electrodomésticos como por ejemplo no contaban con tostadora, licuadora en muy mal estado, no había suficientes tasas con platos para desayunar, al poner el lavarropa en funcionamiento comenzó a inundarse el lugar, otro punto importante es la falta de agua caliente y duchas deterioradas.

La propiedad de Aury es preciosa! Pasamos unos días increíbles a tan solo pasos de la playa. La vista espectacular, la piscina y áreas comunes limpias, y la casa de lujo, tenía de todo lo que podíamos necesitar y más. Fuimos dos familias con niños y estuvimos muy cómodos. El Sr. Ricardo nos recibió y ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estadía.

The apartment and ubication were A++. More than what we were expecting. We had an amazing and relaxing family time. The pictures don't show how beautiful is this place. You need to go to see it by yourself. The views, the warm beach water, the pool layout, and the cleanliness were super. On top of that, the costume service was great with courteous and timely communication. We would come back any time.
