L’accueil a été incroyable, la communication a été incroyable, notre séjour dans le logement également. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié l’excellent service de Mah tout au long de notre voyage. La propriété est très bien entretenue ( 2 visites par semaine pour l’entretien des piscine et jardins/terrasse). Nous recommandons fortement.

Nadherna minimalisticka dizajnova villa v Tulume stravili sme tu Vianoce a bolo to super. Vsetky poziadavky boli hned vyriesenie do par minut. V apartmane bola aj voda takze ste nemuseli chodit kupovat. 3 kupelne bolo to co sme ako vacsia rodina naozaj potrebovali. Dostatok nahradnych uterakov aj na tvar ma potesilo. Super vstup na kod bez potreby klucov, vyhlad zo spalne na stromy bol naozaj to co chcete hned po zobudeni vidiet. Nebol pocut ani hluk z okolia. Hodnotime ale naozaj krasnu pokojnu oazu kde zrelaxujete. Pracka a susicka bola velka vyhoda. Dakujeme 🙏🏼 Trosku sa smykala podlaha je tam lesteny beton, zabradlie na schodoch by bolo fajn pristup na stresny bazen bol iba pre dospelych pre mensie deti to nie je uplne vhodne ( 3 roky ) ked budu dokoncene cesty v tulume bude to top ! 🥰

The property is not as modern as the pictures portray, and the owners were not transparent about the loud construction and lack of privacy. While the house’s interior was nice and the beds were comfortable, the constant noise and lack of privacy made it impossible to enjoy our stay. The owners claimed the construction was nearly finished and quiet with the doors closed, but this was far from true. The noise was relentless, with hammering and loud music throughout the day, even with all doors and windows shut. Workers were frequently in full view, looking directly into our villa, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. After two days of our six-day stay, we felt forced to leave. Despite this, the owners refused to refund any part of our stay. Their lack of concern for guest experience was disappointing. With ongoing construction and the surrounding area also under development, I wouldn’t recommend staying here for at least another year.

We absolutely loved Villa Natura in La Veleta. The minimal decor and spacious rooms make it easy to live in. The two pools were also a huge draw for us to book. One for tanning on the rooftop and one with partial shade to cool off from the Mexico heat. There is some construction noise but honestly if you can't handle that you shouldn't go to the growing city of Tulum. The hosts were responsive, villa was clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our getaway. Highly recommed!!

This place was SO great! From the time we booked; Adrian made our stay SEAMLESS. She pointed me in the direction of an AMAZING driving service AND chef. Upon arrival the directions to enter were extremely clear. The space is clean, peaceful, and not too far off from all the Tulum festivities. We will be back and I will be recommending this home to my peers.

Tulum was a dream! When being in a foreign country you can hope things go perfectly . But the most important thing is having hosts that will take care of you in order to make sure you have the best experience possible. Adrien and his team take great care of you when you need it. And let’s not forget the beautiful Villa in a special place like Tulum.

Fantastic place, a dream house well located in Tulum, modern, quiet, lot of space,. A 5 star house, I will definitely recommend. For the service, we really appreciated the management of the booking for an in-house massage. We will come back!
