Dos Jaguares-Private Caribbean Beachfront Villa!

The home was beautiful. The manager was outstanding and super helpful. We felt prepared to enjoy our stay and welcomed. Rosa and her husband were the best and most kind. Really appreciated them and the food was fabulous. We couldn’t thank Rosa enough for her assistance and flexibility to keep our stay the most comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay

We were a group of 11 including 2 kids and 3 teenagers. We really enjoyed our stay at Dos Jaguares. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids really took advantage of the kayaks and were out snorkelling every day. The Villa is in a bay so the water is calm and great for swimming. We walked to the Jungle Fish restaraunt (1 km North) twice and enjoyed the pool and delicious food. Our housekeeper Rosa and her husband were fantastic! They cleaned every day inside and out. They cooked 3 dinners for us at a very reasonable price. It's a 4 minute walk to the highway and we used the Collectivo for all our transportation needs for the price of a City bus ticket. There is gated security to our Street which makes you feel much safer. The Kitchen is very basic but doable. The beds are firm. Only the bedrooms are air conditioned but the main areas never felt too hot and there's always an amazing breeze from the Ocean. I would definitely recommend a stay at this Villa!

We could barely rip ourselves away from this wonderful house. It was a perfect fit for our friends and our kids. And Rosa and Jaime (housekeepers) took such good care of us. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay. It’s a beautiful house (especially for those that appreciate architecture) & was extremely comfy for our party of 6 adults & 2 kids. Appreciated the crib & high chair for my baby. The house sits on a gorgeous beach that is not too developed. There were workers cleaning the beach every morning from seaweed & garbage. Our son had so much fun playing in the sand (note water shoes are definitely needed to wade into the water). We also enjoyed using the 2 kayaks provided & were very happy the house had life vests. Rosa is extremely friendly & it was very nice to have someone come clean everyday for us to keep the house in order. Plenty of towels provided (& sooo soft!). We appreciated that the hosts provided us with guacamole & salsa for our arrival, as well as stocking the kitchen with beer, soda, water, ground coffee, oil & other essentials. We enjoyed Akumal & the house so much we didn’t end up going anywhere other than to eat (there are some spots nearby). Will

We had a great time meeting Rhett, the property manager. He shared fantastic local restaurant recommendations, places to visit, and even emergency tips. Thanks! The place is fantastic and we want to come back. It's exactly as shown in the photos. We loved the welcome salsa, avocado guacamole, and chips, along with the high-quality drinking water that was always refilled. Special thanks to Rosa for the lovely, homey touches and for keeping the place nice and clean every day. The only thing we would have liked is more kayaks for the group, but it was already super nice to have 2 available. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!

We just had a large group stay at Dos Jaguares. The host (Rhett and Eddie) were very helpful and responsive. We followed several of their recommendations for rental cars, grocery delivery, etc and all worked out well.

La villa est vraiment magnifique et l'accès à la plage est merveilleux. Les points positifs sont les suivants : - Intimité du terrain et de la plage - Sécurité de la localisation - Présence de Rosa et Jaime pour le ménage intérieur et extérieur, la cuisine au besoin, le lavage. Nous avons mangé du pozoles et du cochinita pibil et c'était vraiment délicieux. À noter qu'un pourboire est toutefois suggéré. - Proximité de plusieurs attractions de Riviera Maya dont cenote, snorkling, plongée, ruines maya, Cirque du soleil, etc. - Conseils très pertinents de l'hôte. - Air climatisé et ventilation de la maison ainsi que jardin intérieur qui rendent le tout confortable. Les points négatifs ou à travailler sont les suivants : - Manque franc de matériel de cuisine de qualité. - Entrée d'eau par les fenêtres en temps de pluie / tempête. - Refoulement par le drain de cuisine à nos pieds à 2 reprises. À noter qu'il y a beaucoup de roches près de la plage : souliers d'eau essentiels.

This villa Dos Jaguares was amazing. We enjoyed ourselves, and the view was expectacular. I recommend this villa 100%, also you get a cleaning service and the lady is so nice. The rooms are amazing and cold. There's so much to do, and the cenotes are close by. Thank you, Akumal, for receiving us and letting us enjoy your beautiful views.
