Nelida was a wonderful hostess! Very responsive and accommodating with wonderful recommendations. Her dog Roxy and her little dog pack were also very friendly. The lodging and location were great and exactly what we expected.

Nelida has such a wonderful home and it is in a great location. She was very good at communication from the start and offered very sweet recommendations on what to do while we were in town! She was very sweet and helpful when we had any questions. She also has three adorable dogs which was a bonus.

Nelida was great and was very helpful in communicating before and during our stay. She checked up on us several times to make sure we got to the accomodation safely and gave us lots of tips for things to do. The location is great, quiet and just a short safe walk to everything, and the place is very nice inside!

Thank you, Nelida, for hosting us in your home. We appreciated you accommodating our very late arrival and the warm welcome from your three sweet dogs. We loved your property with beautiful gardens, lush greenery, and the added peace of mind from the security gate. The kitchen had everything we needed for quick, easy meals and the water dispenser with hot & cold options was a huge bonus and washer/dryer. There are also multiple supermarkets within walking distance, which made things even more convenient for cooking meals. For future guests, we highly recommend the ATM Tour (we went with MayaWalk) and visiting the Xunantunich Ruins (we hired a guide right at the ferry crossing), Green Iguana Conservation Project, Botanical Garden and Cahal Pech Ruins. Food wise we enjoyed The Guava Limb Restaurant & Café and Lola’s Restaurant & Bar where we even got to watch a beautiful lightning show light up the night sky and Burnz as we went market shopping. Thanks, again, for a wonderful stay.

we had a great stay at Nelida's place. it's located in a quiet side street, on top of a hill but in walkable distance to the town center. the grounds are very lush and green and feels very private. the apartment is spacious and has everything you'd need, including a very well equipped kitchen and a water dispenser. comfy bed, cold AC, big bathroom with a walk-in shower. overall a great place to stay and relax. the communication with Nelida was great, she was super responsive and even accommodated our early arrival time. her son greeted us upon arrival and was super friendly as well. highly recommended!

Beautiful Airbnb that made us feel like we were on a retreat. All of the wood is from a family farm and you can tell they put a lot of love into making this place special. We really loved the shower during a rainstorm and the sweet pups on the property. Our trip was better thanks to this place.
