- Respect your neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property; do not throw litter from the balcony
- No parties or disturbances allowed; keep noise to a minimum between 11 PM and 9 AM
- No additional guests beyond those registered are permitted
- Turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving the property
- Parking must be in the designated spot #2205; do not block neighbors’ parking spaces
- Community speed limit is 15 km/h
- Pets are not allowed
- Glass containers are prohibited in the pool and common areas
- Loud music is not allowed in common areas
- Dispose of garbage in designated chutes; littering from balconies or leaving trash in common areas is forbidden
- Children under 10 must be supervised by an adult in the pool and clubhouse areas
- Use of drones is strictly forbidden

Being in the condo was comfy & nice to come back to. The design aesthetic & beds were good for us. Loved having a washer/dryer. Super safe if you’re concerned about that. The condo has a gym which I liked. We walked to get groceries, go to yoga, & to coffee shop. The road has partial side walks but it’s fine. Important to know, these are nice condos in a busy area. Hanging on the patio or by the pool is not a quiet and tranquil setting. We drove to places to get that. The view was good although lots of cruise ships blocking it. But hey, that’s Cabo…it’s a busy place. 😊

This place was beautiful! Close to everything! With a gorgeous view. Aesthetically this place was a 10/10. My only complaints would be that only the tv in the living room worked and the host could’ve been more attentive about the matter. Also, there were several outlets in the living space that did not work, especially in the kitchen.

This place had a great view! We were within 10muns driving to Medano beach and the marina. Medano beach was veryyyy crowded though so I actually would have preferred to go to a different beach. We were walking distance from Soriano which is a 24hr market that basically sells everything (groceries, clothes, beach essentials). I would recommend this place if you’re looking to be away from the resort options!

This place was very amazing, this place is a beautiful experience to have. Very quiet & private. I highly recommend this place when visiting Los Cabos.

The condo is in a great location, close to local attractions. Very clean and pictures are as described. However, the lack of response when asking about additional linens and locating the speaker was never answered. It was only 2 washcloths/face towels in the unit for our stay. I messaged the host and he replied that the towels could possibly be in the bathroom drawer and they were not. (We checked every room/drawer) He never responded, and never answered the question about locating the speaker.

La atención de Santiago y su equipo fue muy buena, tuvimos algunos detalles que solicitamos arreglar, cómo falta de menaje, unas tomas de corriente que no funcionaban, etc... que nos dieron respuesta rápida y solución

I couldn’t have picked a better location and will be back. This place was exactly as described. The hidden gem was the grocery store in walking distance. I love Cabo and plan to reserve this space every time I return!
