The Space

The villa includes a private pool to enjoy sunny days, a second-story terrace with a gas BBQ grill for outdoor dining, and a hammock ideal for unwinding while watching tropical birds. The interior boasts a bright and roomy living area that opens to the tropical backyard and pool.
The fully equipped kitchen contains a full-sized refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the essentials you would expect at home. The living room offers comfortable sofas, a recliner, ceiling fans, a 55-inch smart TV with international cable, and 100MB Wi-Fi.
Casa Famosa can accommodate up to eight guests with two king beds, two single beds, and a pull-out sofa. The home was featured on an episode of House Hunters International and is well-suited for family vacations or couples seeking a home away from home.

The villa is conveniently located within a 30-minute drive to both Jaco and Quepos/Manuel Antonio. Jaco is known for golf, fishing, nightlife, dining, and shopping. Quepos and Manuel Antonio provide access to Manuel Antonio National Park, private nature reserves, beaches, fishing, and adventure tours.
While both destinations make excellent day trips, staying in Bejuco offers a more peaceful and less crowded atmosphere.

The place was very accurate to its description and the photos, the area in which the house is a closed community area which seems very save and peaceful. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beach wish is very close.

I booked Casa Famosa to spend a few days with my family (wife and 2 daughters 13 and 12). The place is great and with plenty of room to easily accommodate the 4 of us. It has a nice pool that my daughters enjoyed a lot, and kitchen has all you need to prepare from snacks to meals without problems. The complex where the house is is very quiet and secure so it is easy to relax and rest. Owner is very easy to communicate with and always provides clear and proactive information to us. Fully recommended and definitively a place I’ll book again in the future.

This has been probably the best Airbnb I've been here in Costa Rica. The house was extremely clean and very comfortable to accommodate a family of 6. The house was even better than the photos. The gated community is peaceful and private. One of the most outstanding things is the response time from Danny our host. Even on Easter, the response time were about only 10 minutes. This is rare in the Airbnb platform, so we are very grateful for that. I don't have anything complain about. For sure I am going to rent out this place again, probably in a couple of months.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison dès notre arrivée. C'est grand, propre, confortable et bien équipé. La cuisine a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour bien cuisiner. Les lits sont confortables. La maison est bien située dans une communauté sécuritaire et calme. C'est à 15 minutes à pied de la plage (une belle grande plage tranquille) ou deux minutes en voiture. Il y a même des articles pour la plage qui sont fournis (petit parasol, chaises pliantes). La piscine, la cours arrière et le patio sur le toit avec BBQ et cuisine extérieure sont vraiment jolie. La communication avec l'hôte est facile, rapide et efficace. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.
