Beautiful three-bedroom house in downtown Alajuela, 6 min away from the airport. Located in a safe residential neighborhood (surveillance 24/7), yet close to restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc. Great to settle in when you first get to Costa Rica or perfect right before you head back home. The space It’s a two-story house with a large living room, dining room, kitchen, garage and patio on the first floor, and three bedrooms (one master and two smaller bedrooms) and two bathrooms upstairs. It’s airy, spacious and well illuminated. Guest access Guests have acces to the entire property. A fully-equipped laundry area is available. Parking space included. Other things to note I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

La casa es como se muestra en las fotos, cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía tranquila. Carolina fue muy amable y estuvo muy atenta en todo momento. Muy recomendado este hospedaje.

Carolina's place was only 12min from the airport. Perfect for staying the night you get in or the night before your flight. Tasty restaurants walking distance away. The bedrooms are on the second floor and the garage was a bit small, but we had a large vehicle. It has everything you need and felt very roomy and spacious. Carolina was very nice.

Excellent!!!!!! My family and I needed a place to stay before flying and this was perfect. The place was gorgeous, super duper clean, comfortable, and well prepared. I am grateful I found Carolina’s place and can recommend to any big families looking at it. I found it to be full of light despite being in a city and the birds in the morning were so peaceful. Gracias por todo Carolina!!!! Fuistes el mejor lugar para terminar nuestro viaje!!!

El departamento está completamente amueblado y con todas las comodidades. La anfitriona Carolina fue súper amable siempre y con disposición de ayudar. Queda dentro de un residencial con aguja y seguridad , lo q lo hace super seguro . El departamento está ubicado a pocas cuadras del estadio de Alajuela lo que sería una buena opción para grupos de amigos que quieran venir a ver los partidos de la liga . Pero también queda serca de parques y comercios . Cuenta con 3 cuartos , el principal con su baño enorme , los 3 cuartos súper cómodos también cuenta con cochera . En fin Si usted necesita un espacio grande , y con buena ubicación en alajuela este departamento cumple con todos los requisitos . Sin duda me volvería a hospedar con doña Carolina .

El alojamiento nos justó muchísimo, doña Carolina es una super anfitriona, nos trató muy bien y siempre estuvo atenta, el lugar muy bonito, espacioso, limpio y con todo lo que necesitábamos, sin duda volveríamos
