Beach front villa with pool

Schönes geräumiges Haus mit gepflegtem Pool in perfekter Lage direkt am ruhigen Strand von Playa Hermosa. Wir (8 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind) haben dort eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Laura (Hausmeisterin) und ihr Sohn haben uns gegen Bezahlung ein typisch costaricanisches Abendessen und Frühstück gekocht. Sehr lecker! Die Situation mit den vielen verschiedenen Schlüsseln ist etwas nervig! Leider sind uns in der 2. Nacht 3 Paar Schuhe und Schwimmflügel von der Terrasse direkt am Haus geklaut worden!!! Das war sehr ärgerlich! Also bitte nachts NICHTS draußen lassen!

We loved our stay at Casa Luarca beach house. Christian was friendly and helpful during our stay, as were the on-site caretakers. The house is beautiful with an absolutely perfect location on the beach. Our kids adored their time in the pool and in the ocean, and the adults enjoyed the relaxing space and proximity to the beautiful beach. Playa Hermosa was quiet, great swimming beach with a few good choices for restaurants right on the beach. The house felt spacious for our group of 9 (5 adults and 4 teens), the air conditioning in each room made for comfortable sleeping and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. We especially enjoyed the pool-side terrace and the upper terrace overlooking the beach. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Location, Location, Location. Christian’s place is the perfect location if you’re looking to be right on the beach away from the hustle and bustle. CoCo Beach is very close for shopping and nightlife. Christian was always very responsive and helpful. Laura and Bryan onsite are the perfect combination of helpful, attentive and non intrusive. There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance which are excellent, however the kitchen and bbq are perfectly suitable for cooking at home. I was able to score some fresh mahi mahi & sea bass from a local fisherman to grill. The amenities are exactly as pictured. The house is a little older but the pictures provide what should be expected. The only thing I can complain about is the key situation. I would recommend to Christian to hire a locksmith and have all of the external doors and gates re-keyed to the same key. Overall I highly recommend this property as it’s a great value and very beautiful.

Absolutely LOVED the house!! The location is unbeatable, the beach is gorgeous, the ocean is warm and calm, the house is so comfortable and beautiful, and all around AMAZING! There are a couple of Bars/restaurants down the beach, you can rent Kayaks, hire fishing and snorkeling boats, and everything from the comfort of the house!! We are already looking to book it again for next year. If you’re thinking of visiting Costa Rica, I would not hesitate to book this house!!

Our Family of six enjoyed our eight day stay at Christain's home. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the space and we had plenty of room to stretch out and find our own quiet space. We prepared our own breakfast and lunches, but enjoyed our evening meals out. A short walk north, along the beach, we found Aquasport and just a little further was Roberto's. Both Restaurants we recommend. However, we liked the ceviche better at Roberto's. The caretakers of the property, Bryan and Laura, were always available and happy to help. Every morning at 8:00, they were both up and cleaning the pool and outside area. Our granddaughter enjoyed interacting with their son which we invited to play. Our only drawback was getting used to the keys to lock and unlock the doors but that was easily overcome. I have to give much credit to Christain. He was always available by text to any questions that we had. We enjoyed out stay. Thank you Christain for sharing your home!

The location was perfect. Playa Hermosa is one of the best beaches we have been to in CR. The water is perfect to swim in and the waves are mostly gentle. The property was great. Lot's of room for the 4 of us. Great views of the beach from upstairs sitting area. Loved the pool. The caretakers Bryan and Laura were wonderful, very attentive, and watchful over us. Lot's of wildlife around the house, beautiful birds, iguanas, smaller lizards, racoons, cats, and lot's of cool bugs! The screens on the windows were a nice plus for sleeping with the ocean breeze coming in the house. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean is the best! I really liked that the AC was only in the bedrooms and that the fans around the house kept a nice breeze to help with the high temps in April. We would definately stay here again. Christian was very responsive to questions and requests.
