Overview

Azul del Mar is located within the exclusive and secure Los Delfines Golf and Country Club community on the southern Nicoya Peninsula, one of the world's five Blue Zones. This 700-square-foot condo features a 300-square-foot private courtyard overlooking the golf course. It is just a 10-minute walk from a beautiful private beach where you can observe colorful birds, monkeys, iguanas, and even deer.

The Space

Guests have 24/7 access to the pool situated just outside the condo, with Wi-Fi available poolside. Relax on the private terrace facing the golf course or enjoy a round of golf at Los Delfines Golf and Country Club. The community offers various activities including pickleball, beach volleyball, yoga, and scenic walks through the secure neighborhood or along Tambor Beach, which is 6 kilometers away.

A beach restaurant nearby serves delicious food and drinks, with entertainment such as karaoke and dancing. On weekends, local vendors visit Los Delfines selling fresh fruit, vegetables, and seafood. You can purchase these ingredients to prepare meals on the condo’s outdoor deck. A local convenience store is located directly opposite Azul del Mar, just a short walk away.

This newly constructed, fully furnished condo (built in 2024) includes:

• Guest bedroom with a double bed, a single bunk bed, and an additional hidden mattress to accommodate a sixth guest for larger groups
• Second full bathroom
• High-end or custom furniture made from local exotic teak wood
• 55-inch Smart TV and fiber-optic Wi-Fi
• Private 300-square-foot courtyard facing the golf course
• Charcoal barbecue for outdoor cooking
• Washer and dryer in the unit
• Three new air conditioning units: one in each bedroom and one in the living room

Guest Access

Check-in is simple. A code will be sent prior to arrival, which you must provide to the security guard at the entrance along with your ID (passport or Costa Rican ID).

• Parties are not permitted on the property
• Overnight guests must respect neighbors
• Waste and recycling collection occurs daily at 12:00 PM (except Sundays). Garbage bags should be placed in the container behind the condo, and recycling is collected in front of the pool
• A small general store is located on-site opposite Azul del Mar, with larger grocery stores in Cobano or Paquera
• Weekend vendors sell fresh produce and seafood within Los Delfines
• The local fish market is located across Tambor in the fishing village, offering fresh fish and seafood at reasonable prices
