Spectacular, bright beachfront condo with a view

Xaman-Ha condos was the perfect place for our 10 day vacation. Located near Phase 1 gates, it was the perfect spot to get to 10th & 5th ave. The swim up bar was great for pool days. Beds were super comfortable and couches, as well. Kitchen was clean and stocked. We didn’t do much cooking but was very functional. The air conditioning was so strong and it was amazing!! Alma came in between our stay and made the beds, tidied up and cleaned the floors. It was greatly appreciated. We truly loved our stay and look forward to coming back again. Xaman Ha is a beautiful complex to go and stay at. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the area is not only beautiful but also quiet and safe. Our place was nicely laid out and very comfortable.

Highly recommend this location. The condo is very nicely situated on the property overlooking the pool and the ocean which is very convenient for families. The staff at the condo was also very helpful making our stay that more enjoyable. Our host went above and beyond, proactively communicating with us, providing us local recommendations that were personalized and was also available if we needed any support. Being close to 5th avenue exceeded our expectations there was so much to do there but also in nearby streets which we also felt very safe walking through at night. The size of the condo is very suitable for larger families and the kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation.

Family of 4 and we had so much room to spread out. Did not realize that we’d use the patio so much - great views! Beautiful beach and pool. Easy walk to the hub bub of Playa del Carmen with shopping and restaurants. We rented a car and adventured to Puerto Morales, Akumal, and Puerto Adventuras. Great central place. Hosts were very gracious and responsive. Loved it!!

Everything was as described. Beautiful condo with a wonderful location and view. Massimiliano was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay with our family of 6! Location was amazing and a short walk to ferry and 5th Ave with plenty of restaurants and things to do. Condo was very clean and balcony had an amazing view of pool and ocean. Host was very communicative and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Mexico! Can’t wait to come back.

Todo excelente!!! El condominio muy limpio, con una vista hermosa al mar. Excelente ubicación y en unos cuantos minutos se llega a la 5a Av. La playa hermosa y el complejo Xaman-ha muy limpio y bien cuidado. Massimiliano un gran anfitrión, definitivamente volveria!
