The Mar&Land ranch is simply beautiful, very convenient, the pool is very clean, and the water is delicious. Anita, who takes care of the ranch, is excellent, very attentive and a very good cook. Ileana is a superhost. She responds very quickly and is very friendly. I highly recommend this ranch.

Our party of 6 (plus 2 babies) had a wonderful stay here! The house is beautiful with PLENTY of room for a bigger group. The house was clean and organized. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature and you can't beat the views of the ocean right in front of you! The host even helped us find chairs and umbrella to rent when we asked, which was very nice of them. The only thing that is out of everyone's control and that is to be expected in the area are bugs. Be aware and prepared that there are mosquitoes, ants and beetles and the occasional small lizard and can get into the rooms. Also, there is no hot water but the water isn't freezing cold so it feels refreshing. Other than that, we had a fabulous time. It really is a beautiful place and would recommend!

Place was beautiful, right on the beach ,comfortable peaceful. Would definitely stay again . The staff was great and took care of our requests quickly . They do provide food at a cost which is a great benefit. I would recommend to ask for the price before ordering as I felt on one of my meals I was overcharged . With that said this place was amazing and I would definitely stay again .

Ileana was super helpful, incredibly responsive. The house is as described and well maintained. Rooms were clean and the onsite staff was extremely helpful and attentive even to someone who did not speak the native tongue. Restaurants are very close and plentiful and the beach is beautiful. My only complaint was there were quite a few ants particularly in the bathrooms.

Our stay at Ileana’s beach home was amazing! Her team gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. The home was spacious and the outdoor space was wonderful. Nice beach house The people who received us were nice also had food (for an additional cost) only thing I wish was they wouldn’t just walk in and out of the house as they pleased other then that everything was good

Beach was great private but the one of the problems was too many bugs in the house. Also, someone can reach in from the outside and open the door if they want to break in!!! Not safe!!!!!

Regarding safety, please rest assured that our property is secure, with functioning locks and measures in place—we have never experienced issues with break-ins. When you arrived the front entrance or gate was open for you to be able to proceed with your car and you choose to enter walking. Our priority is always to provide a safe and pleasant stay for our guests.

Ranch Mar and land was absolutely beautiful! The beach was pristine and the location was perfect. We felt like we had our own private beach. The ranch was perfect for my family. Rancho Mar y Land was perfect vacation spot! its such a beautiful ranch, so close to the beach, it has 4 rooms with 5 bathrooms, the backyard is so nice and a straight path to the beach. we love the gazebo with 6 hamacas!!! so good to relax and enjoy your vacation. the pool is well maintained and clean. The area is very safe, and there's a lot of good places to eat around. the person who is in charge of the place is awesome, Ana, she is so respectful, kind, and a great help. She cooks so good, made so delicious food for us and she was paying attention for anything we needed. She makes the experience in the ranch outstanding. i highly recommend this place, the communication with Ileana was fast and good. Ileana was very kind. We definitely will be back.

After 45 yrs of coming to the states I was able to take my parents back to their home country. This beautiful home was a great place for them and my kids to enjoy the pool, the hammocks and overall the beach view which was right in our backyard. The personnel also were amazing, we were able to enjoy fresh coconuts and home made meals. Ileana was very resourceful and we were able to enjoy more beautiful places than planned. Overall it was a great experience and made beautiful memories with my family.

We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Ileana’s beachfront home in El Cuco. The property is stunning—right on the ocean with direct access to what felt like a private beach. The warm swimming pool, multiple outdoor showers, and separate, spotless bathroom facilities made it incredibly comfortable. The onsite caretakers were equally attentive, tidying up the grounds each morning and ensuring everything was in top shape. This home exceeded all expectations and is well worth the price. They charge for pets. The reason for charging for pets is “disinfection,” but the guardians' dogs and cats roam freely around the ranch. In addition, we saw the ranch guard having sex in the front of the house, which was uncomfortable. Other than that, good place

Saludos don Carlos, lamento mucho que su reseña muestre resentimiento por algo que fue su falla y solamente está haciendo una falsa acusación en contra de mi encargada del rancho y debo de aclarar que por supuesto cobramos por una mascota cuando los huéspedes las reportan y las incluye al momento que hacen la reserva pero, Ud ni las reportó ni las incluyó y por eso la plataforma no se las cobró, las personas encargadas del rancho están informadas de cada reserva tanto del número de personas y si llevan mascotas o no; cuando la encargada vio que Uds llevaban dos mascotas ella inmediatamente me informó porque es su obligación y preguntó que porque yo no le había dicho nada y mi respuesta fue que Ud no había reportado ninguna mascotas y cabe aclarar también que yo solo permito una mascota por estadía y se cobra una tarifa por noche por la limpieza profunda. Yo todavía traté de ser amable con Ud y le permití que dejara las dos mascaros y le cobré solo por una porque pensé en que estaban de vacaciones de Semana Santa y el dinero hace falta para vacasionar y les cobré solo por una. Su acusación en contra de la señora encargada es muy fuerte y no tiene pruebas y podríamos tener hasta problemas legales pero no vale la pena porque se que ud solo está inventando algo falso para desquitarse en que fue descubierto que llevaba animales y se tuve que cobrar. Los perros del rancho no tienen acceso al lado de la propiedad donde están los huéspedes y por lo tanto su acusación no es válida, ellos no se meten a los cuartos y no lograrían hacerlo porque no hay ningún acceso para ellos traspasar de un lado al otro. Siento mucho su forma de actuar pero siento más el no haber esforzado mis reglas y reportarlos con la plataforma.

We had a fabulous time at Rancho Mar y Land! We absolutely loved the layout of the living and outdoor space. The pictures did not do it justice. Anna Maria, Jenny and Omar took such great care of us! Anna Maria and Jenny cooked delicious meals and it was the ultimate treat to take the week off from cooking and dishes! The beach and pool were fantastic. We spent hours relaxing in the hammocks enjoying the sounds of the kids in the pool and the ocean breeze rustling the palm trees. We loved our early morning surf sessions at Las Flores and Anna Maria and Iliana had connections with a great local surf instructor who gave us lessons. We were also able to rent surf and boogie boards from him. El Cuco was about a 30 minute walk down the beach and was a cool place to check out. We preferred the beach right in front of house. We were often the only people on it and the waves were perfect for our crew to play in. I can't recommend Rancho Mar Y Land highly enough! We definitely hope to be back!

El Cuco is a beautiful beach! I highly recommend and also very highly recommend staying at Ileana's place. The pool is WONDERFUL! The grass is so well kept and provides a nice place to watch the sunset. The a/c in each room is silent and works perfectly. Ileana was very helpful and responsive.

All I can say is I loved the view and the commodity we had at the Ranch. My kids had a blast with the pool and easy access to the beach. Loved that the home is well equipped with everything, literally felt like I was at home. I would definitely come back for another vacation. Also being able to wake up in the mornings and see the sunrise was so relaxing and have a nice walk at the beach. There were restaurants nearby the property which was at a walking distance ! Highly recommend

nice house, Mrs. Ana Maria and Omar are very friendly, always attentive to whatever is needed. The bathrooms were clean. The only thing I didn't like was that the toilet paper ran out and they didn't replace it. That's something the host should provide. But I would stay again, very nice and private, a few minutes to the beach.

The ranch is amazing everything you need, it was raining all day but that I don't take away how comfortable the house is, my family enjoyed all of it, organized and clean.

Stayed here for a few days with my family and we had a great time! Place was amazing and view was phenomenal. Definitely coming back and reccomend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy the beach at El Cuco.

Rancho Mar Y Land was cozy, clean and easy to find. We went for a last minute trip to the beach and it was perfect.

Just the relaxing, quiet stay we (3 adults, 3 kids) were looking for, following our long trip visiting various family all over El Salvador. The caretakers, especially Nelson, are so helpful and friendly. We ordered fried fish and shrimp for dinner from them one night and it was DELICIOUS. Otherwise, our stay was totally private. The home has a traditional Salvadoran set-up with indoor/outdoor living space, which felt very authentic to the area. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. We hit the grocery store in advance and the kitchen had all the necessary supplies and appliances. The pool is lovely and the beach is serene and quiet. Even the outdoor bathrooms and showers are nice! Perhaps the best review: my mother-in-law insisted we book the same place on our next trip!

We absolutely loved Rancho Mar Y Land and I’m I already looking into coming back in my trip in January. Nelson and his family (the care takers) are just beyond amazing and helpful. A bad review is provided because the cameras are located in front of showers and pool, so there is no privacy of the place. Gracias por su reseña Alexandra, me da mucha tristeza que Ud a sido una persona que no reconoce que cada petición que Ud tuvo no dude en acomodarla para su conveniencia, su queja no es porque le molestó la cámara que NO apunta ni a la piscina ni a las duchas; Ud se está quejando porque me pude dar cuenta que Ud llevó 5 perros cuando yo solamente permito dos mascotas pequeñas y solamente 2 eran pequeñas Recién habíamos sembrado una sección con grama y sus perros de tanto corretear me la arruinaron, los encargados del rancho me informaron que los dejaron meterse a la piscina cuando eso no es permitido, los dejaron dormir en las camas y los edredones estaban con las patas de perro bien marcadas. Igual no me arrepiento haber sido comprensiva y acomodarle con todo lo que Ud pedía porque nuestra prioridad es siempre acomodar a nuestros huéspedes de la mejor manera.

Ileana’s house was a perfect spot for our family vacation. She was very flexible with check-in and adding additional guests for a fee. The house caretakers were very helpful and the coconuts were an added bonus :) Beach is very private and a great view to the house. Definitely recommend staying here!

Easy communication Clean place Friendly, helpful and polite personnel

Very happy with our stay. Big enough for our whole family and had space to where we can just sit and hang out. Wifi was unavailable the first day & half because of weather which is understandable living in el salvador. Neighboring house was having construction done so it was a bit noisy/dusty during the day and one night of noise till 11:30pm but host responded and acknowledged the situation. Short walk to beach away from the crowd/tourist so that was great. Local restaurant did deliver food to us but id stick with bringing/making your own tbh unless you have a vehicle to go find food yourself nearby. Overall very pleased with our stay thank you!

This rancho was beautiful! Even more so in person. The hosts and groundskeepers were extremely helpful, kind, and flexible. The home and lot are very well maintained. The area itself is very peaceful and walkable either via beach or street to a couple beach bars/ restaurants. The beach itself is beautiful- very peaceful and clean. 10/10 would recommend this place and would definitely stay again. We had a lovely experience.
