4BR resort villa w/ocean view, pool & beach access

Jessica’s place was the perfect location for our two families (four adults and 5 children) to spend 5 nights exploring the area around Ocotal. We did not end up using the casita, but it would be perfect for two couples traveling together, or those traveling with parents or in-laws. The villa was exactly as described and very clean. The small private pool was great for our children to play in, or for a quick dip to cool off. The private black sand beach, restaurant, and pools at the Bahia Pez Vela resort were absolutely beautiful, quiet, and peaceful (you will want a vehicle or mode of transportation to get to and from here). The food and drinks were amazing! Jessica was extremely helpful and responsive throughout my whole trip planning process! Do not hesitate to book this beautiful little slice of heaven now!

Jessica's place is wonderful! Great house, views and great resort community. Jessica was always very responsive and communicative. She also arranged introductions to fabulous local tour guides for surfing and hiking.

We stayed in Jessica’s rental home for a month, with up to 8 people….the casita worked out well for our daughter and son in law…especially since they were working remotely! We enjoyed the pool in front of the casita and the infinity pool almost everyday! We saw the howler monkeys twice and once by the infinity pool….we took Jessica’s recommendations on car rental and LaLeona waterfall hike…thank you for hosting us for our visit to Costa Rica!

Our group could not have asked for a better experience! Jessica's place is beautiful and has everything you need to experience all the beauty Costa Rica has to offer.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The house and guest house were exactly as the pictures. We enjoyed the private soaker pool multiple times a day, it was great to cool off in. The cliffside pool was easy to find and when we used it we were the only ones there. Jessica checked in with us once we got there to see if everything went smoothly and it did. She was always available to answer any questions we had. The beach and on site restaurant is quite a hike down the mountain and back up, so definitely look in to having some sort of transportation to get you to and from. We rented a golf cart and it worked perfect for our party. The on site restaurant was top notch, the meals we had were delicious as were the drinks! The concierge were very helpful, we booked massages on the beach (a must!!) and transportation through them. They also provided suggestions on excursions to take. We all loved Costa Rica, and the people there are so helpful and friendly. We will be visiting again!!

We had a great stay 12/31-1/4. Jessica gave our family some great recommendations for activities which all turned out to be great! We went fishing, zip line, hike to waterfalls! She even helped us w the car rental. We had a great stay and wish we didn’t have to leave!

Jessica was a great host and the place was simply amazing. She was very responsive before and during our stay - providing us with info and recommendations in a quick and timely manner. The place itself was beautiful. We had the use of a full house and an annex where my mom stayed. She had her own entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen which worked out very nicely. The main house had plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family and a private small pool right on our terrace. We loved our time here and hope to be back one day soon!

This villa is amazing! We had a family of 10 stay here and it was the perfect place for us. We had a great time, and Jessica was helpful the whole time. 10/10 recommend this villa! The new restaurant on site didn’t have great service (we waited almost two hours for food), but there’s a local place (Father Rooster’s) 5 minutes away that had an amazing atmosphere and delicious food. Loved our stay!
