To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please observe the following guidelines:
- No parties allowed
- Only registered guests may stay on the property; unregistered visitors are prohibited and may result in removal without refund
- Early check-in or late checkout requires prior approval and may incur additional fees
- Smoking is prohibited inside the house; violations will result in a cleaning fee for smoke damage
- Pets are not allowed
- Illegal activities and substances are strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate eviction
- Report any damage or maintenance issues within two hours of arrival
- Maintain respectful noise levels to avoid disturbing neighbors
- Do not rearrange furniture to prevent damage to floors
- Follow beach safety guidelines and rinse off in the outdoor shower before entering the house after beach visits
- Property owner may enter for routine maintenance with prior notice or in emergencies
- Security cameras and door alarms are active and must not be tampered with
- Dispose of trash according to provided guidelines
- The host is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings
- Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay

excelente alojamiento, agradable para pasar tiempo en familia; mucha calma y fácil acceso a la playa. Espacioso para familias grandes y muy linda decoración, con muchos juegos para no tener que salir de casa. Nos encantó. Nos atendieron muy bien, sin duda recomendamos este lugar para disfrutar tiempo en familia y amigos

Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end avec deux familles d'amis dans cette belle maison, superbement décorée et équipée. La vue est splendide et elle est à deux pas de magnifiques plages pour se promener ou faire du surf. Nous la recommandons vivement.

Went for the weekend, the place is just like the photos, was fully equipped with even more stuff than we expected (beach chairs, body board, SUP, games etc...) Hernan was easy to communicate with, the person on site was very helpful as well. Had a great time and would highly recommend if you look for a chill, spacious place for a getaway. Only thing i'd improve is the wooden deck, it definitely needs some sanding+painting so you dont get splinters if you walk barefoot. Otherwise, perfect place, worth every penny.

Uno de los Airbnbs más completos y hermosos en los que he estado. Desde el primer momento, la experiencia fue excelente: el Sr. David nos recibió con gran amabilidad y se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos en detalle todo lo relacionado con la casa y sus comodidades. La propiedad está perfectamente equipada, limpia y bien cuidada, ideal para disfrutar de una estadía cómoda y relajante en la playa. Los espacios son amplios, con una decoración acogedora y con todas las facilidades necesarias para sentirte como en casa. La ubicación es inmejorable, a pocos pasos del mar y con una vista espectacular que hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial. Sin duda, fue una estadía inolvidable y espero poder regresar pronto para seguir disfrutando de este lugar maravilloso.

David that is the person that supports in the property was very helpful and available for any questions or help we needed during our stay. We had a great time with the family and the place was in a great location, offer a variety of things to do ping pong table, volleyball area, paddle board, bbq, etc. and with plenty space in bedrooms and bathrooms.
