Welcome to Private house green paradise. This beautiful cottage is located about 15 minutes from La Fortuna. Located in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood surrounded by green areas, many birds, nature, and picturesque views. Plants growing throughout the property attract tropical birds daily, great for unique photos and bird watching. This three bedroom home is perfect for those looking for luxury, privacy, and independence. The space The spacious property offers plenty of space for families with children, in addition to having a large garden of more than 2000m2 of more than 2000m2, the fully equipped kitchen allows guests to cook their own meals. It's also a great choice for small groups of friends traveling together or romantic vacations for couples who want to feel at home in their vacation rental. The house has Wi-Fi for all guests, air conditioning in each bedroom, and a TV in the main living room. The master bedroom has a TV and a large glass door that opens onto the terrace. The house has large glass doors so you can be inside the house and having an incredible view of the gardens. Arrangements can be made to accommodate additional people. All rooms with bed linen, body and hand towels. The property is completely gated and features a front door, outdoor garage, and parking for multiple cars. Since this property is in a family home, it is very safe.

This place was magical. The home had everything that we needed and the property was surrounded with beautiful greenery and wildlife. On days where we didn't have tours planned, we were able to take a short walk into town to the grocery store or to restaurants (Lara's is a must visit!). The tours were able to be planned directly through Keylor and his contact with HNL Arenal Tours which made everything really smooth and seamless. Keylor was very responsive throughout our stay as well, providing us with anything needed and answering any questions. We couldn't have chosen a better place for our first stay in Costa Rica!

This place was beautiful! The property is very private and. Has a nice path around a lagoon you can walk around with many birds and wildlife my son loved spotting. It’s a drive from downtown so having a car was clutch, but it’s a cheap $5-$10 uber ride if needed. Host was very responsive, brought a us charcoal and fresh towels promptly. We sipped drinks by the pool, soaked in the hot tub while it rained, watched the lizards and geckos run around while we relaxed in the beautiful backyard/deck area. The grounds are really well maintained. We had a private chef come and prepare us a nice meal the last night and it was just amazing!! Felt like a queen :) would definitely stay here again. HIGHLY recommend!

We had a really lovely stay. House looks just like the photos and the communication and instructions for arrival meant we had zero issues. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the lake next door with the paddle board and canoes was so much fun. Lots of hummingbirds and lizards to watch with your morning coffee. Thankyou so much.

If I were to move to Costa Rica, I could see myself living in this place! This was a family trip with my wife and 4 adult kids. The house is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, and the place is just very nice. Our family especially enjoyed the outdoor amenities', including the pool. Many evening hours were spent enjoying the pool. The place is 15-20 minutes out of La Fortuna but it's an easy drive to that area. If you are canyoning, ziplining, or such, many of those outfitters are located within 10 minutes of the house. The house is a 5 min walk to numerous restaurants and all of the dining experiences were great. "Lara's Food" was just down the hill, and the food was cheap and delicious! Overall, we loved our stay, and I would highly recommend this stop for others.

This place was the perfect oasis for my family. This was my parents first time staying in an Airbnb and it changed their heart on rental home vacation experiences. Highly recommend.
