- Pets are not allowed, regardless of species or size.

This is a wonderful find if you are in Managua for business and need something more like an apt than a hotel. Clean, safe, private and quiet.  They checked every visitors ID and other guests kept to the rules for quiet hours and use of common areas.  Staff were friendly and helpful.  Highly recommend! I hope they can keep prices affordable so I can stay there again but mostly I wish them success!

What we like about Kodu is that it is in the urban area but away from traffic and the hustle and bustle of the city, and it is also a very safe building with 24/7 security. We felt very comfortable and rested as if we were at home. It's a nice place to stay, with clear rules for the peace of mind of all guests, and very hygienic. Lo que nos gusta de Kodu es que está en la zona urbana pero alejado del tráfico, del bullicio de la ciudad y además es un edificio muy seguro con seguridad 24/7. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y descansamos como en casa. Es un alojamiento bonito, con reglas claras para la tranquilidad de todos los huéspedes y muy higiénico. This is in a great location, perfect size, safe and easily accessible from the main road and back roads. I highly recommend it.

The location is really good, the area is quiet and still very close to shopping mall and restaurants. Our stay was comfortable even if it was one day. The host communicated everything clearly and in advance.

The workers are VERY friendly and always willing to help, the location is central and in general the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. The apartment is cozy and equipped with everything you need. The only thing is that the dryer does not dry the clothes properly even after several drying cycles. I would definitely stay here again!

El apartamento es acogedor y está equipado con todo lo necesario. El único detalle es que la secadora no seca la ropa correctamente incluso después de varios ciclos de secado. It is located in a great area and easy to get to the restaurants in the area.

Yhe apartment was nice and we enjoyed our visit. Walking distance to coffee and a restaurant as well as all the choices in the very close Galleria Mall. However the beds are noisey and hard. And the Gym did not have great equipment. Other than that no complaints.

We had a pleasant time in the KODU apartment.  The apartment was clean and check-in was quite easy.

Wonderful little gem right in Managua but quiet spot! 2 minutes from Galerias Santo Domingo.  Staff is amazing and even if we did not need any assistance we knew they were available. Nothing negative to say!

The location is ideal and the security and staff are very friendly and helpful. Only mistake and it was on my part it’s that I picked an upstairs apartment and it made it difficult with our heels but that was totally me. The pool looked just so good and I love how close everything is, 100% recommend

Great apartment with Air condition in both rooms. Great decent size swimming pool. The security guards were all very nice and professional. We had a car so it was nice to have free parking. The host was super nice and friendly. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this apartment.

The apartments are very nice and clean, the only thing I would say is that if you have a lot of luggages you need to work a lot of stairs but not a big deal, I loved the apartment I felt like home. My family and I loved the place we are definitely coming back.
