Casa Blanca was beautiful, comfortable, and private. The co-host Douglas was super helpful with recommendations and responded promptly to any of our questions. The beds were amazingly comfortable as well! Would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to unwind and reset. True Pura Vida experience.

Beautiful place off the beaten path. We had a wonderful stay the place is very nice. The owners communicated and gave us plenty of advice about the area and things to do. Thank you again.

Our stay was incredible. The pictures don’t do it justice. Our kids were on a high from everything this home offers. Waking up to sun bathing iguanas, catch and release of hermit crabs in the backyard, walking to an extremely unpopulated beach, a resort restaurant just steps away, and a view from every angle of the house that just takes your breath away. Doug and his wife were the best hosts. My son and husband caught a 250lb fish on their excursion that Doug recommended with costa catch! We hit up Doug’s surf shop for the most incredible pizza pop up. There were no televisions in the house which was just what our family needed! A movie on an iPad was a real treat half way through our stay. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful place to stay if you are looking for something a little remote and private with just nature and beach surrounding you. The infinity salt water pool with view was where we spent all of our time - can’t say enough about how amazing it was. The view is breathtaking. We had iguanas in the yard everyday, some black vultures one day put on a little show for us in the grass on the side yard. The frogs hang by the pool and party at night and are quite loud lol but not enough to keep us awake. There are many beautiful birds around and some came to the pool for a drink now and then. The gate to the beach trail is 20 ft from the back deck and along the trail to the beach we found lots of hermit crabs. The beach is black sand so don’t take your sandals off on a hot day in the dry sand! The beach was basically ours as we didn’t see another person there maybe due to the time of year. Air conditioning worked amazing and the host was easy to contact and so helpful with questions we had.

Our stay at Casa Blanca was everything we could have hoped for. The view and pool were spectacular and taking in the sunsets from the patio was our favourite way to end the day. Highly recommend bringing in Mauricio for a private meal and exploring Marbella for lunch at the Tiki Hut.

This is a spacious home in a private, remote, beautiful location. The beach view is lovely and the pool was wonderful. The kitchen has lots of dishes but no pantry items. Make sure to buy those as well as groceries well before getting close to the house. The hotel near by is a nice food option but not cheap. We loved the sunsets.

The pictures of the pool and beach are exactly what you get when you're there- simply breathtaking. The house itself is a little run down and due for a refresh/ some updates. The actual location is pretty inconvenient to any real amenities. There are a couple "mini-supers" within 20 minutes, but any sort of supermarket is about an hour away. There is a resort next door with a couple restaurants, but there was a group that had the resort reserved, and outside guests could not use the restaurants. We communicated only with the co-host, and he was very responsive to most of our questions. He recommended a private chef, Mauricio, who was phenomenal (highly recommended you hire him at least once; you can cut the tenderloin with a butter knife). He also arranged a couples massage to come to the house for us.. The location is very private, and the sunsets are spectacular. My biggest concern is the cleaning lady showed up about an hour before checkout and entered the house while we were there.

We just finished up a great stay- the view and the pool make this place 100% worth the stay. Douglas was very responsive and even installed a railing for the steps as my mom had trouble going up and down and the staircase didn’t have one. Very helpful with my questions and advice prior to arriving. The house is hard to find in the dark on the rural roads. More clear directions like look for the white car port might be helpful for future guests.

We absolutely loved it here. The infinity pool, the secluded beach, the spacious house were all just what we were looking for. Some things could use a refresh (super dull cutting knives and a leaky washing machine), but none of this really affected our fantastic time here. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
