Welcome to Zen 1- The property is located just 7Min to downtown Jaco/Jaco beach and just 1.5 hr from the San Jose airport, 15 min to Los Suenos and minutes to some of the top beaches in the area such as Playa Mantas & Blanco. The property features a stunning resort style pool surrounded with garden or tropical plants with mountain views & we often have a lot of visitors such as monkeys and patriots all while being just minutes to Downtown Jaco/ Jaco beach The space The home features a stunning resort style swimming pool & mountain views with privacy walls & a closed gated area for parking for up to 4 cars. The house comes fully stocked with towels, beach towels, and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances with seating for up to 10 people.The house has strong WI-FI so regardless if you are poolside or enjoying one of our spacious rooms you will have fast and constant Wi-Fi. Our rooms are listed below. Each room has A/C, strong WI-FI & a room safe. We use new linens on all bedding and follow all health/ safety guidelines. Bedroom 1. Upper Master- King with private bathroom, private balcony, safe, Gym sized locker (Larger items), closet, A/C Bedroom 2. Upper Queen- private balcony, room safe, shared bathroom,, A/C Bedroom 3. Upper Queen- & bunk bed,room safe, shared bathroom, A/C Bedroom 4. 1st Floor Double-room safe, A/C The first floor has an open floor plan with walk out access to the resort style swimming pool, living room and the kitchen has a large table with an island with new appliances. We have partnered with an in-home chef service which is both delicious & affordable- It's like bringing the restaurants to you. For breakfast you can pick from either American style or Costa Rican which includes coffee, juice, groceries, the chef, wait-staff & cleanup- Cost does to vary depending on the size of the group, Dinner service is also available. Our activity partners can help with popular activities such as ATV, ziplining, horseback riding, waterfall tours, transport, beach cart (golf cart) rentals and much more. Guest access The property has digital locks for self check in. You have exclusive access to the entire property, you are renting the whole place for your privacy, its all yours, no share. Other things to note The town, Jaco is the closest most developed beach town to the international airport Juan Santamaria, where you can find world class surfing, fishing, restaurants, golf and more. This lovely beach town is located in the Pacific Central Coast where the rainforest welcome you with wildlife beauty, safe adventure for everyone and the comfort of a country that in recent years has exceded expectations of international visitors with their great quality tourist services, most bilingual with a true pura vida vibe. Also the most popular and premium adventure park is located at just 5 minutes drive from the house perfect to enjoy top zip lining, ATV tours, waterfalls, restaurant and more. Find more activities in the area like hikes, horse back ridding, beach, national parks, boutique shops, grocery stores, souvenirs and nearby, the upscale community marina, Los Sueños, Just 8 minutes drive. Also fine dining, great local food, gourmet, organic, vegetarian, international restaurants and even, american fast food chains.
