The Space

Villa Paradiso is among the largest three-bedroom condos on the island. The living room, dining area, and kitchen all offer stunning vistas of the sparkling ocean. Sliding glass doors open to an oceanfront balcony, an ideal spot to savor your morning coffee or a refreshing drink while watching the sunset over the sea.

From here, you have a prime vantage point to observe cruise ships passing by in the evening or the distant lights of Playa del Carmen on the horizon.

The condo provides easy access to the pool and the oceanfront, perfect for sunbathing or taking a dip in the pool. Snorkeling enthusiasts will appreciate the direct access to the water via three entry points with ladders, where you can explore colorful fish and marine life. A gentle current can carry you along the coast to the public dock, from which it’s a short walk back to Peninsula Grand along a pedestrian walkway that extends all the way into town. This path is great for jogging, biking, or strolling to nearby restaurants and shops. Taxis are also available along the oceanfront road.

The dining area seats six, with additional seating for three at the kitchen breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and appliances including a microwave, air fryer, cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, oven, blender, and all necessary cookware.

Tankless Hot Water

Please note the unit features an electric tankless hot water system. While it provides unlimited hot water, it is not instant. You will need to run the hot water tap for 3 to 5 minutes to allow the system to heat the water and for it to reach the faucet.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

• Master Suite: Oceanfront with a king bed, private bathroom featuring a bathtub, and sliding glass doors leading to the balcony.
