Beautiful PH, Private Beach,3 Beds,5 mins from CSL

I was surprised at how great the views are from the balcony. We chose this unit because of the semi private beach close to the complex. The beach was beautiful, and the water clear enough for snorkeling. Just keep in mind that there are a lot of rocks in the water so I would recommend water shoes, sandles, or flippers. There aren't many swimmable beaches in Los Cabos, so having the beach was a huge plus. The unit itself was clean and spacious. Marco responded with any questions that I had almost immediately. Uber was easy to use from the unit. It was about $10 to Uber to Cabo San Lucas, but it's quite a bit further from San Jose Del Cabo and the airport, about a $35 Uber ride. I would recommend this unit for a family or two couples.

Fantastic stay! Both the unit and the complex were well maintained and everything looked just like the pictures. The views from the balcony were amazing. We loved having the bar at the pool. The drinks and food were reasonably priced and the staff walked around regularly to take and deliver orders. The location of the condo is great - we walked to eat dinner at Sead Soul to Table and the rooftop at The Cape hotel and took inexpensive Ubers to other places (Metate and Misiones de Kino, which were both delicious). Marco and Yolanda were great communicators and arranged seamless airport transportation for us. Checkout was very simple (turn off lights and a/c) and we appreciated that there wasn't a long list of things to do! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Cabo!

Stayed nine days here with two adults and a couple of kids, and loved it. Marco’s place is very nice, roomy, comfortable. The location was very convenient for us. Just a very short drive to a nice Mexican grocery or to Costco, allowing us to save money by cooking most of our own meals. We were also close to the Cabo marina where most tours and activities meet. The community itself was great, with two beautiful pools. And they host live music most evenings at the pool, which I really enjoyed. The neighboring resorts also do fireworks often on the weekend evenings. The snorkeling beach that you can walk to was a beautiful place to hang out, with a good number of fish to see. You are also a short drive from the beautiful Playa Chileno, where the snorkeling is top notch. The access to Marco’s place was also convenient, with plenty of parking. So… great place, would stay here again.

Great location and very convenient for an easy beach getaway. CostCo, Walmart and a major grocery store are all within a 1 mile/2 km. Unit was very clean and as described - much appreciated!

Fantastic condo with a great deal of the sea of Cortez. The overall complex is an older established community with a mixture of renters and owners. Pro tip use the pool that faces the arches although it’s not heated it’s still provides a better overall ambience and view. Marco and team were always extremely responsive to anything that popped up. I would highly recommend renting with Marco and team.

Wonderful vacation spot! The unit was very clean and well equipped. Shampoo, conditioner, paper products provided. Quick replies from Marco or his assistant to any questions. Last minute vacation so we paid more for the unit than if we planned ahead. Beautiful peaceful location-- not a complex for people looking for (late) night life. Lots of retirees and some families with younger children. Amazing view from balcony to see sunrise every morning, walk down many stairs to never-crowded beach with amazing snorkeling. Great food at decent prices at the bar at the pool. There are all kinds of tours/boating outings you can find on your own or schedule through Andres who owns the pool bar or through Marco. Highly recommend bringing water shoes (Whitin brand on Amazon worked great) because the beach is very pebbly in areas. Highly recommend bringing snorkeling gear (I just used mask and snorkel not flippers) or buying it when you get here-- they have it at the store on site and costco.

We loved our stay at Marco’s place! The condo has everything you need for a great stay and the beds are very comfortable. The views from the condo are stunning and we enjoyed watching the whales from the balcony. The pool and pool bar/restaurant were great. The food and drinks were very good and affordable and the staff were super-friendly and helpful. The beach is also beautiful and our 6 year old daughter had the best time swimming and seeing all of the fish. Finally, the hosts were very communicative and made our stay easy!

My expectations were exceeded the minute I entered the Condo. Everything from the entire space, the views, the outdoor accessibility , the cleanliness , the comfort, the amenities, all were so accurate in the description. The communication before and during my stay was very helpful and appreciated. I highly recommend the hosts and the property. You will not be disappointed.

El lugar es increíble, la vista es hermosa, me sentí muy cómodo durante mi estancia, el personal del condominio fue amigable, quizá el bar de la alberca deba mejorar un poco su servicio, pero en general todo bien, hay algunos restaurantes cerca muy buenos y con vistas muy hermosas, la zona es muy tranquila y esta a solo 20 minutos del centro definitivamente volveré a este alojamiento.
