Excelentes instalaciones. Cuenta con un jacuzzi en el roof , asador y todo para disfrutar de la privacidad. Nos encanto que el alojamiento contara con toallas , sartenes, vajilla, ya que al ser varios dias el hospedaje , cocinamos en el departamento y tuvimos todo lo necesario. Es necesario llevar papel higienico ya que solo habia un par en el alojamiento. Los baños cuentan con shampoo , jabon , acondicionador, secadora de cabello, asi que no nos preocupamos por ello. La sala y terraza cuentan con su propia bocina bluetooth con un buen sonido , nos ayudo mucho para ambientar nuestras cenas. El complejo esta en excelentes condiciones , los elevadores, el estacionamiento para dos autos. Los guardias de seguridad muy amables , nos dieron las instrucciones correctas Definitivamente es recomendable , el departamento es tan amplio , que las 8 personas que estuvimos , la pasamos comodamente.

I had a wonderful stay at this airbnb! It was clean, well decorated, spacious and had beautiful natural light. The private patio and pool at the top were added bonuses. The host was kind and accomodated early check in. I did not give 5 stars as the water stopped running for a couple of hours during our stay. Thankfully, it was resolved fairly quickly but it was stressful. There was an intermittent sewage smell that came from the kitchen sink which was not the most pleasant. Additionally, it would have been helpful if at least 1 complimentary bottle of water could be provided as well as extra toilet paper. Overall, I would recommend folks stay at this airbnb!

The penthouse is beautiful! The views from the balcony are gorgeous! There is construction surrounding the property w/work from about 8am-11pm each day (it’s noisy). Check in was not clear. Host stated it was messaged day of arrival, but spotty service & lack of WiFi should be accounted for. The unit is well stocked for cooking & clean on the surface! We did find empty soda bottles, sunflower kernels, food between couch cushions, so unsure how thoroughly the unit is cleaned. Bring paper products as we had to purchase toilet paper, trash bags, a dish sponge, hand soap & paper towel due to them not being properly stocked for our stay. We opted for prestock grocery & chef service w/Vania who is efficient & a GREAT communicator! She helped w/operating the stove when we were not able to reach our host! One hot tub was not warming & the one in use lacked a cleaning agent or didn’t have a great filter. Overall, our stay was comfortable & enjoyable. The cons of the trip are easy fixes.

Pictures simply does not do this unit any justice! The scenery, furniture and overall ambience of this place is something you'll just have to experience for yourself. In terms of location, Mistiq is central however you will need a car or Uber to get around. The property is surrounded by other residential properties & I felt very safe. The commute to the marina was approximately 10-15mins away. My only issue with our unit was the lack of toiletries and basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towel & extra cleaning products. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Cabo and I do look forward to staying here again. Thank you so much !

Our Airbnb host was very communicative and helped us out throughout the process If we needed anything. Everything was eight minutes to the local attractions was very peaceful in the mornings and very spacious inside. Id definitely book here again if I came back to Cabo and recommend people.
