Matthew's place was absolutely amazing. I initially had somewhere else booked and after encountering false advertisement from other hosts around the area I decided to go with this one and I had 0 regrets. The space is in the heart of the town and with added security you feel right at home. I will be booking this place again in the future.

Absolutely a five-star place. Beautiful apartment + wonderful location right in the midst of everything. The one big caveat is that it is not a family destination hotel. Jaco is known for its prostitution and Hotel Cocal seems to be the hub for prostitution in Jaco. So guys, there is not a better place to stay in all of Jaco if the goal is to have a great place to stay right next to The nightlife. Families and couples, not so much.

when.ever i am in jaco.i always try to stay at matthews place he is awesome to.communicate with and his manager and housekeeping staff are great and always responsive to.any issue if any .I strongly recommend booking any of places.Again Thank you Matthew and to your amazing team

Matt was the best host ever!!! he’s always quick to respond, very knowledgeable of the area and things to do. I couldn’t ask for a better host. If I could get six stars, I would I would definitely be booking with him again.

I had the best time staying at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect—just a few steps away from all the key attractions, local cafes, and hidden gems of the city. Every morning, I’d wake up to a beautiful view of Costa Rica 🇨🇷 , and within minutes, I could be at a beach 🏖️ or a cool restaurant. The place itself was just as amazing—spacious, stylish, and cozy with tons of natural light. Matthew was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed, even recommending some great spots that I would’ve missed otherwise. Honestly, the whole experience felt like a little slice of paradise, and it made the trip feel extra special. I’ll definitely be coming back!
