The apartment is spacious and very comfortable; each room is equipped with an imported memory foam king mattress you melt into. The large sofa can easily sleep two people. The shower has a large natural raindrop spout allowing for an organic soothing cleanse. Our apt is 15 walking minutes to National Stadium and is surrounded by restaurants, bars and shopping centers. Amenities include private massage rooms, an illuminated pool, a bbq area, and a large gym. Central A/C and TVs in all rooms. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms both with king-size beds and blackout curtains for you to rest at any time of the day. Central A/C in the apartment The living room has a large sofa with blackout curtains as well for you to rest while watching T.V., we have smart TVs in all rooms. The internet speed is 100 Mbs and it's really stable. Guest access The guests can use all the amenities inside the building, but reservation it's requested for the use of them, they can make the reservation in the lobby with the concierge (upon availability), or they can request me to make a reservation for them by message, to make sure they will be able to use them upon arrival, the maximum to make the reservation is 8 days prior the day.

I stay at Monica’s place was good. The bathroom is a little tight. I love taking great showers and this one didn’t do it for me.

Excellent Stay in a Perfect San Jose Location I had a wonderful experience staying at this two-bedroom apartment in San Jose. The location is ideal - centrally located with easy access to everything you need, yet situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood where I felt comfortable walking around both day and night. The apartment itself is spacious, with good room sizes and plenty of natural light. Both bedrooms are well-appointed, and the common areas provide ample space to relax and spread out. Everything was clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights is the surrounding area. There’s a great selection of local restaurants within walking distance, from traditional Costa Rican sodas to more upscale dining options. You’ll find coffee shops, grocery stores, and convenience stores all nearby, making it easy to grab whatever you need.

My husband and I have been to Costa Rica 3 times now and we’ve stayed at the Cosmopolitan every time we’ve been. The building itself is an amazing location with very pleasant people at the front desk. This is by far the best place that we have stayed at in this location. It was very quiet and very private for being in an apartment building. There’s A/Cs in every room in the unit and the beds are EXCEPTIONALLY comfortable. The TVs are all very nice and looked very new. The view from the apartment was beautiful and we saw shooting stars on one of our nights there :) The hosts were amazing and kind and always answered immediately. Overall, the place we stayed made this experience very worthwhile and memorable for us. We will definitely be staying at Monica’s place whenever we come back next time to Costa Rica 💜 Pura Vida!
