R&R Getaway: 1-min walk from Nosara beach sunsets

Stay closer to the beach than almost all of Nosara! Recently updated top floor unit in Villas Las Palmas Condos featuring a bright and airy feel - high ceilings, large living space with full sized windows and covered balcony that puts you at eye level of lush green palm trees in earshot of the Pacific Ocean. A 1-minute walk down a private beach path takes you to the beautiful & serene Playa Pelada, one of the prettiest and most private beaches in the area with spectacular sunsets. Click on "Show The space Our unit "Las Palmas Pacifica" is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath rental complete with all the necessary items to fully enjoy your stay. The covered balcony overlooks the palm tree lined courtyard and houses a daybed and hammock perfect for a relaxing away your stay. Or lounge under the cabana after a cooling dip in the pool. The Living and Dining Area: The front door of the condo brings you right into the living area where you'll notice the high vaulted ceilings and ample light coming in through the span of windows over looking the courtyard. The simple, contemporary furniture is accented by the warm colors of the woods used from the local Guanacaste and Pochotte trees. In the dining area, the large table and benches are situated in the alcove to where you are practically dining among the palms. Ceiling fans and AC keep the entire living, dining and kitchen areas comfortable. The Bedrooms: The two primary bedroom are outfitted with full closets and drawers made from the same warm, local wood. AC unit and ceiling fans keep you comfortable while sleeping in the queen sized beds. Both bedrooms are connected to their own full bathrooms outfitted with spacious showers. Both rooms also include a desk to use as a work surface (monitor and printer are available). The main bedroom opens to the covered balcony that overlooks the palm lined courtyard. The third bedroom located off of the kitchen is the perfect kids room with bunk beds. Linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided, so there is not need to pack them for your travels. The Kitchen: The well equipped kitchen features all full-sized appliances and plenty of pots, pans and cooking accessories to handle almost any culinary exploration. The coffee makers (drip and pour-over + bean grinder) plus Vitamix blender make for a great breakfast combo to get you up and relaxing on the balcony to watch the morning sunrise show of flora and fauna. Guest access The condo is located within the Villas Las Palmas condo complex, a gem of a community located in Playa Pelada. Guests enter and exit the condo community by entering a code at the gate or by walking out along the beach path. The condo itself has a keyless entry keypad for a hassle free stay (no key to worry about taking with you to the beach!) Other things to note Please Note: For the safety and comfort of all guests, our complex requires that children be 6 years or older due to the design of the pool area and the balconies, which were built with local safety standards in mind. While this may differ from what you're used to in the U.S., it ensures a peaceful and secure experience for all our visitors. Also, while we have a fast fiber connection directly to the condo, the charming seaside town of Nosara is occasionally at the mercy of nature! Weather and construction can sometimes affect the internet service in the area. Rest assured, though, when it's up, it’s more than sufficient for all your vacation needs!.
