Casa Cristal, Stunning Ocean Views, Walk to beach

The place was so beautiful. Awesome views of the ocean and jungle. Alex was extremely hospitable and helpful with everything from transport to local tour recommendations. The walk to town and the beach was a little rough for those not in great shape but was doable and if not, a shuttle was readily available for only $25. The Airbnb was in great shape, very clean, and had everything we needed. Would recommend for sure.

Casa Cristal was a beautiful home for us to stay in while visiting Costa Rica! Rosa kept the place looking pristine every day and Alexander was SO very helpful with suggestions, getting us where we wanted to go and answering all questions with a quick and thorough response. He is a personable and I would highly recommend this fabulous home and the top notch host!!! I hope to visit again.

My party of 12 stayed at Casa Cristal for 4 nights and had an absolutely lovely time. The house is beautiful and has amazing views of the Pacific ocean and Espadilla South Beach. There was plenty of space for all 12 of us and we spent a lot of time on the upstairs grill patio and at the pool. We also had Glenda come cook for us 2 of the nights and it was great food both times. Alex was very timely in his communications and helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend Casa Cristal. Casa Cristal was incredible! It was totally private, there was lots of wildlife surrounding the property, and it had plenty of space for all of us. We traveled as a family of 6 and could spread out the teenagers or play in the pool all together. The maid service was the best I've ever had on a trip. She even helped when a kid got sick! The chef made us a delightful dinner, and the location allowed us privacy with grocery stores and restaurants a short drive away. Would definitely recommend!!!

This house is spectacular… the view is better than the pictures. We had three families with six total kids and there was more than enough space. There is a grocery store nearby and plenty of restaurants. We also had a chef come to the house one night and cook one of the best meals of our stay. There are a ton of local activities and the beach is within walking distance. We highly recommended this house!

Great stay and host was very responsive. Our only issue was a request we made for a chef to come in to make a dinner. We requested gluten free because of a medical condition for one in our group and were assured the meal would exclude gluten. It ended up containing gluten and that person in our group had an extremely negative response for the rest of the evening to the dinner.

This was such an incredible place to stay. The location was perfect. Easy access to a beautiful beach. We saw lots of wildlife from the Airbnb and also on our way to the beach. Alexander was the perfect host. He was very helpful and if we had any questions or problems, he answered and fixed them immediately. Our housekeeper and maintenance help was also fantastic. We would definitely come back and I have already recommended this place to friends.

We were a group of 12 looking for a clean place to stay near the beach. We came across this Airbnb and it exceeded expectations. It looked just like the pictures, if not better. The beach was a t minute walk down a hill. The beach felt like it was private, as only a few other people were there each day. The home's infinite pool overlooked the jungle and ocean right in front of us. Above the pool was a beautiful deck with a bar, table, and grill. We spent many of our afternoons playing cards or each lunch up there while enjoying the view. We say monkeys and other wildlife every day on our walk down. It was a perfect mix of beach and jungle, while still feeling very clean and protected while at home. This home made our trip. At times, we didn't even want to leave the home because it was that great. I would highly recommend booking here!

The view from the balcony and pool (and really all the rooms) was just the cherry on top at Casa Cristal! The house is gorgeous, incredibly clean and has everything you need. And if you are missing anything, Alex will be sure you get it. He was quick to reply and assisted us with anything and everything we asked. If you book tours, they will even pick you up right at the front door! Coming back from an all-day adventure to a clean house, inside and out, was a treat I wasn’t expecting. The beach is a short walk down hill and if you don’t want to make the hike back up, down the beach a short distance you can grab a taxi. I could go on and on, if you have the chance to visit this beautiful place I highly recommend staying here. With 10 people, a house just made the most sense and I could not have been more pleased with our choice. Big thanks to Alex and everyone else that helped to make this trip that much sweeter!
