Yordana is a great host! The place was very clean, comfortable, secure, and in a nice neighborhood. She is very helpful and proactive with quick and clear communication. I highly recommend stay here whenever visiting Managua, Nicaragua!

The place is well located. Surrounded by restaurants and one of the biggest malls in Managua. The host was always responsive and checked up on me to make sure everything was okay. Will definitely come back. The area is safe and there is security 24/24

This is a great place to stay in Managua. We were pleasantly surprised that it had hot water as most airbnbs say they do but don’t. The AC was great and pretty big for an apartment. The guard was always helpful and kept an eye on everything. Great location as well!

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this place. The apartment is very well located, with pharmacies, markets, and restaurants within close walking distance, and a nice activity area nearby that was great for our family. The property is well maintained and fully equipped. It has two bathrooms—one large bathroom with a shower and one additional toilet—which worked very well for a family stay. The bedrooms were comfortable, all rooms (including the living room) had fully functional air conditioning, and the furniture was in good condition. There were plenty of towels and bed sheets available, which was especially helpful when staying with kids. We cooked our own meals and were very happy with the kitchen, which had everything we needed. We also used the washing machine during our stay. Our kids (4.5 years and ~2 years) really enjoyed playing in the grassy yard and meeting another family with children. Water pressure was excellent, and the internet was fast and reliable.

Giving 4 stars because Yordana was extremely helpful and responsive, and as a host, Yordana is great. Unfortunately our children were bit by ticks the first night and we had to leave the place right then. I believe once they prevent this to happen again, it’s a good place to stay at
