The host and team were PHENOMENAL! We had to change Airbnb homes last minute. It had to be 730pm-8pm when we contacted the host. THEY RESPONDED INSTANTLY and was able to accommodate. AT 8PM!!! Not many host will even respond that late yet accommodate a booking… but wait it got better. The home was amazing! Rooms with ensuite bathrooms, pool crystal clear, pool table with kitchen/lounge area. Even a covered area with a nice bbq grill. It’s walking distance to the strip and there’s even a few stores even closer. Even if you don’t care to walk, a taxi was like $1.88 to just about anywhere for entertainment. George was attentive to text and was spot on with all information we needed for all local info and attractions like atv, zipline, transportation, etc. I’ll run out of space to type it’s so much. BOOK! You won’t be disappointed. They can handle EVERYTHING from the time you step out the airport.

I couldn’t say enough great things about the host and this property. The property looks like the pictures and even better in person. The staff were very professional and friendly. The house is perfect for noise, celebrations and is extremely walkable to the main strip. I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Jaco!

Couldn’t be happier with the stay. Was here for a bach party, and George guided us before the start. If George is not too responsive during the planning phase before you get there don’t panic, once you’re there he will give you just full undivided attention. The boat party was amazing, the ATV tour as well. Our concierge Sophia was so great! The chef meal was so good. The maid there works extremely hard. Honestly every single person we worked with, from a tour to house staff truly cared about your experience. The owner Craig, is also a great person to chat with, very personable. So worth it! Hopefully I get another excuse to come back! What a trip

Fantastic stay. We didn’t know anything about Costa Rica and our host gave us fun recommendations and helped book fun excursions. I’ll be recommending this place for everyone who mentions wanting to come out and have a a great time.

The place was perfect for our wedding. Location was great so you could walk everywhere even though we rented a golf cart. Rooms were clean. AC in every room. Most rooms did not have dressers or closets so we had to live out of our suitcase but that was trivial. Pool was refreshing. George helped us book an amazing cruise to Tortuga. Jessie was the sweetest woman. She cleaned daily and was so friendly. We loved her. Would definitely recommend for larger groups or families.

My Group and I had an excellent stay at Jaco Castle it was perfect and I would recommend it as the place to stay. Craig was an exceptional host very informative and helpful with everything our group needed. George was always a text or phone call away very timely and responsive helped with our activities, concerns,and gave great recommendations for us to plan our stay. He recommended concierge service with Sophia who also helped us manage a decent size group of 5 and made us love the local area and the properties convenience of being close to everything. The staff was the most appealing thing about this place. Yesenia was a pleasure to talk to every morning and kept the place immaculate. We had a such a great time felt at home there we will definitely be returning here on our next trip. Pura Vida

Perfect place for bachelors, perfect location. I don't know about that previous review from that funny guy but George was awesome, just as all the previous reviews show. George got us the best activities and services and we payed less than the actual prices posted on those companies websites since he gets special pricing, his team was incredible, from the concierges who worked as our own personal assitants/wingmen to the drivers, guards and cleaning team. Our Pool party DJ was another level and the Chef fully knowledgable and professional. George and Rey helped us get everything way cheaper while having top quality adventures, services and free entrance to clubs. Will keep coming back. With George and Rey you are in great hands.
