Excellent place to stay for business, vacation, or events in Nicaragua. Felt like I was at home. Very clean and organized place. My kids and wife were very happy with the comfort, security, and quietness of this house. I will definitely book again in the future with Karen. Karen is very highly professional and was quick to respond to inquiries and questions in regards to the unit. We frequently visit Nicaragua to spend time with family, and we’ve stayed at various hotels and Airbnbs in the past. However, this time was the best experience we’ve had. The house was conveniently located near our family’s place, and the neighborhood was peaceful, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The house itself was spacious and immaculately clean, with air conditioning throughout. Despite our large family, we never felt cramped or uncomfortable. Even our teenagers felt very comfortable. Karen, the host, was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and always willing to assist us. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Capri. Karen was super responsive from the moment we booked—quick replies, clear communication, and always happy to help. The house was in amazing condition when we arrived: clean, fresh, and clearly well cared for. It felt like staying in a home that’s loved, not just rented out. Would absolutely stay again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The drive from the airport is about 30 minutes away. It was a safe gated community. Everyone around us were friendly and welcoming. We had a great first day by the pool which has security 24 hours daily. A few walkable local markets and farmacias if needed something’s quick. We were also able to get food delivered to the place with an app as well as transportation to the local near by bars and restaurants. The drive was about 15-20 minutes away from us. I definitely recommend this clean and well maintained house.

Pasamos unos días increíbles en el alojamiento de Karen, la casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos, muy linda y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía agradable. Es una casa bastante amplia, mi familia de 7 nos acomodamos perfectamente y nunca nos sentimos "apretados". Todo estaba limpio, habitaciones cómodas, seguridad 24/7, excelente ubicación para desplazarse a diferentes lugares turísticos. 100% recomendado.

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family and would not hesitate to come back. Karen was a warm and responsive host throughout, which made everything feel easy from the start. The space is thoughtfully designed with children in mind: a kids’ playhouse, bunk beds, and toys kept our little ones thoroughly entertained. The garden is beautiful; the house is in front of the pool and playground. The location works well for visiting Managua, with easy access to supermarkets and the city’s main shopping centre nearby. Our only regret is not finding this place sooner, and not staying longer. Highly recommended!
