The place is amazing, is a resort next to the beach with a private road to it. The staff is GREAT, the common areas are awesome, and is relatively close to the things you can do in Manuel Antonio, I would say that if you are looking for a nature retreat PLEASE BOOK THIS HOTEL, is surrounded by beautiful fauna and the views are just great. Only thing is that the host doesn't respond or give indications to get to the place I guided myself thanks to a comment that said the name "Shana by the beach" you can just google it and the gps will take you there.

La habitación se encuentra en el complejo “Shana by the beach”. El lugar está muy cerca de la playa Biesanz y todo el personal es sumamente atento, cuenta con carritos de golf para el transporte dentro del complejo. La comida es deliciosa. En lo que respecta al anfitrión, no logré comunicarme con él en ninguna ocasión, pedí soporte en la app y tampoco lograron comunicarse con él, la ubicación que está señalada no es la correcta por lo que tuve que preguntar en varios alojamientos hasta que encontré el lugar. En una próxima ocasión será mejor reservar directamente en la página del lugar y no por medio del anfitrión.

Loved our stay! Super nice place with very friendly staff. Hotel room with balcony, the pool was awesome, even saw lots of monkeys!! Would recommend to anyone! Location is great as well

We loved being in the midst of nature and having direct access to the very beautiful, calm, private-like Biesanz beach. We’ve been to Biesanz before and so much enjoy the calm waters and serenity of it all. The rooms, beds, and pillows are comfortable. The AC works great. The pool is just lovely. The included breakfast buffets is delicious. The shower was strong and huge! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I think future travelers might like to know is that the sound insulation in the bedrooms, or at least our area, is not very good. We were awoken early to the sound of luggage being rolled down the walkway and people talking, for both morning we were there. We could hear everything they were saying, exactly. We also could hear our neighbors in the room beside us. Word for word. Regardless of this one thing, we would still love to come back. The location is so beautiful and everyone is so kind and helpful. We loved Shana by the Beach!
