The Space
This private home offers spectacular views of Manuel Antonio National Park, Matapalo Beach, and on clear days, Isla del Caño. Few properties in the area provide such a comprehensive panorama from a single vantage point.
The residence features a large saltwater swimming pool with a waterfall, an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs.
There are three bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: King bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, air conditioning
- Bedroom 3 (poolside suite): King bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom
Each bedroom includes its own bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The owner's suite also has a Jacuzzi hot tub. Air conditioning is available in every room and the living space, complemented by ceiling fans throughout the house.
The home’s minimalist architecture features high ceilings and wide, open windows and doors, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere that blends comfort with smart lighting design.
Outdoor amenities include daybeds, sofas for relaxing, a gas grill, and an outdoor fireplace area. The firelight reflecting on the pool creates a perfect ambiance for evening cocktails or refreshments.

Villa Tres Vistas is conveniently located just 15 minutes from several nearby beaches, including Playa Matapalo and Playa Linda. It sits between the charming towns of Dominical and Manuel Antonio, offering easy access to vibrant local attractions while maintaining privacy and tranquility.

Check-in must be completed by 8:00 pm. For security reasons, keys cannot be left outside for late arrivals. Osa Property Management reserves the right to deny access if guests arrive after 8:00 pm.

We had a great time staying at one of their properties. Our Concierge, Gary Cerdas, was amazing from the beginning till the end of our trip. He helped us plan all of our excursions, our domestic flights, booking the car, and any questions I had he was quick to answer them. He is very efficient and great at doing his job. I will definitely be coming back for sure. One of the things I would recommend for this house in specific is to maybe add a full body mirror and a heater for the pool. But overall, it was a great experience.

Words can’t describe the views and beauty of this villa. It was absolutely incredible with beautiful attention to detail. The Property management was always responsive and helpful. Would 100% recommend this place!

Breathtaking views! Lots of birds and frogs. Beautifully landscaped, and a decent sized pool and nice outdoor living area. All as advertised! We really enjoyed the home!

We just stayed at this beautiful Airbnb home in Costa Rica, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The house was simply amazing, with breathtaking views that made every moment special. Waking up each morning to the sounds of nature was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Our hosts welcomed us with fresh, delicious fruit, which was such a thoughtful touch. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to rest after a day of exploring. The nearby towns offered wonderful local food that is absolutely worth trying. Everything about our stay was memorable, from the stunning scenery to the comfort and hospitality. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable Costa Rica getaway.

Das Haus hat die wie in der Beschreibung angegebene fantastische Lage mit freiem Blick auf den Pazifik. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und selbst die Kopfkissen sind von besonders hoher Qualität. Von der Terrasse konnten wir viele Schmetterlinge und Vögel beobachte, wobei Tukane und Aras die Highlights waren. Die Pool ist optimal fürs entspannen gestaltet und war super sauber. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und eine tolle Zeit verbracht.

Loved this place. The space was modern and beautifully designed, and the view was absolutely amazing. The private chef was the best we’ve ever had, and Jonathan made check-in smooth and easy. Highly recommend.

An absolute gem with one of the most breathtaking views we’ve ever experienced. Best air bnb we have ever stayed at! Amazing place. Travelers tip: emphasize to your car rental place you need a 4x4 vehicle. We did ask our car rental place for that & they told us it was one…. But, they did not provide a vehicle strong enough to get up the hill. 😩 It was a big mess… but we took a taxi up to our Airbnb & we rented a stronger vehicle the following day. Just wanted to note & emphasize this hiccup for any future travelers so they don’t end up in the same situation. Pura Vida! 🩷
