We stayed here for about 3 weeks and loved it! The condo is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. It has everything you would need for a short or long-term visit. The location is perfect -- a very short walk to the beach or downtown Coco. The property managers, Dean and Sandy, were welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Appartment is located on a quite location and perfect to hangout for some days. Pool in front of the Appartment was great and clean. Close by there are some nice restaurant and a bakery. Dean and Sandy were always available when needed.

This is as advertised. Convenient unit close to great restaurants, cafe, short walk to the beach. The beach is also very safe for swimming. Dean and Sandy are super responsive and really lovely people. Thanks so much for being great hosts.
