The space Designed to blend seamlessly with its lush surroundings, Casa del Pez features wide pocket doors that open up the home to the sights and sounds of nature. The outdoor patio is the heart of the house, complete with a spacious lounge area and a dining table for six—perfect for enjoying al fresco meals. Inside, the main level includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a convenient half bath. Upstairs, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms, each with built-in closets and individual air-conditioning: The primary suite features a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a dedicated workspace—ideal for remote work. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and built-in workspace, sharing a large hallway bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom includes a queen bed with a double loft bed above, making it a great option for families or groups. A washer and dryer on the second floor adds to the home’s convenience. Other things to note Important information The property manager is available daily from 7am to 8pm and 8pm - 7am only for emergencies (Please call if its an emergency). Our family of seven (including five kiddos) had everything we needed at Casa del Pez. The view was incomparable and we loved spending every evening and morning with the trees, birds, and howler monkeys nearby!! The pool was great for us in between all the area fun, which was either walkable, or a short drive away. We’d come back for sure!

We had a phenomenal time at Casa del pez with our family of 4 + grandmother. The house is beautiful - with 3 great bedrooms, ac all around, large / well equipped kitchen and an amazing outdoor patio. The pool is small but perfect for relaxing after a day by the beach / after surf. 10’ walk from beautiful playa pelada beach and 5-10’ drive to Guiones. Bonus came with the monkey visiting the property tree a few times during our stay. There was some construction next door (Nosara seems to be in a permanent state of construction so seems to be par for the course) but did not bother us at all. We absolutely loved this place and would recommend it 100%. We had perfect vacations. Thank you!

Ryan was a wonderful host! He made sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive. Loved the open layout of the first floor as well as all the modern amenities of the home, including AC. Really felt like we were part of the jungle. Would recommend to anyone and definitely would stay again!

Absolutely beautiful home! The home looks exactly as it does in pictures, if not better! The home is perched up on the hill, which allows for incredible views of the surrounding jungle and ocean in the distance, but at the same time, it's super walkable to the beach. We were pre-warned about the neighboring construction, but it really wasn't that bad. We're early risers already, so the early start to construction didn't bother us. We fell in love with Nosara and are already planning our next trip back!

Beautiful home, very private with tons of foliage. Ryan and Tiffany were happy to help with whatever we needed. Monkeys in the trees above the home was a nice bonus for the kiddos.

What a beautiful country and area! My husband, my 7-year-old daughter and I spend almost 3 weeks at Ryan's house for the summer, he and Tiffany (the property manager) were wonderful! Very responsive and any time we needed something, they did their best to fix as soon as possible. Ryan had already let us know before we booked the place that construction was happening next to the house so we already know but we wish we could have enjoyed the beautiful backyard space more (due to construction loud noises) however, playa Pelada is only a walk away and is beautiful! We also visited other beached in the surrounded areas and went for zip lining - awesome experiences! the house also has everything when it comes to kitchen supplies so, if you travel with friends and family it's very convenient! I highly recommend Ryan's place.

I stayed at Ryan’s place with 3 kids and 4 adults - it was perfect for our stay in Nosara and the outside terrace and the pool was great for the family to hangout. I would recommend his place to anyone. A lot of utensils to cook as well. Thanks Ryan!
