Luxury 4BR villa in Nosara offers stunning ocean views, an infinity pool, and open-air design. Perched on a mountain with jungle sounds, just minutes from beaches and adventure.
Overview
This stunning, brand-new luxury villa completed in 2023 offers four bedrooms and overlooks the vibrant beach town of Nosara/Guiones, Costa Rica. Situated just minutes from the beaches, it provides a unique opportunity to enjoy lively coastal life while retreating to a private mountain vantage point away from the crowds. Accessing the property requires navigating mountain roads, so an ATV or SUV rental is recommended for a safe and comfortable journey.
The Space
Designed for a high-end experience, the villa features breathtaking views, an infinity pool, and a fully equipped household. The entire front facade consists of glass walls that open to a peaceful outdoor setting. Guests can often hear howler monkeys in the mornings and evenings, while wild parrots frequently fly overhead at sunset.
Each bedroom offers balcony seating with beautiful ocean views. The master bedroom includes its own private balcony. Refreshing mountain breezes help offset the summer humidity, complemented by the 25-foot infinity pool and an outdoor shower.
A concierge service is available to assist with various needs, including arranging personal chefs, adventure tours, surf lessons, equipment rentals, reservations, and more.
To address concerns about insects, the villa is equipped with a pest control system to reduce their presence. However, as this is a jungle environment with an open-air design, occasional insects may enter. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, while the main living area benefits from cross breezes created by fully opening window walls at the front and back.
Guest Access
The main house includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. For groups requiring a fourth bedroom, there is an adjacent king-bed studio casita on the property with a kitchenette and private bathroom. Please notify in advance if the additional room is needed.
Location and Access
The villa is perched on a mountain cliff with steep, unprotected drops, so caution is advised, especially with young children. The property overlooks Playa Garza and Playa Guiones and is located approximately:
- 2 miles (8-12 minute drive) from Garza Beach
- 7 miles (20-minute drive) from Guiones Beach
This region is commonly referred to as Nosara. A useful landmark for navigation is the Gilded Iguana Beach Resort, which is centrally located and beachfront.
Access to the property is best suited for SUVs or ATVs due to rough, unpaved mountain roads. These roads are challenging and require careful driving to navigate steep drops safely. They are ideal for those seeking adventure.
Additional Information
Please keep in mind that this is a jungle setting. Despite efforts to minimize disruptions, occasional electrical and water outages, as well as intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity, may occur. These issues are common throughout Costa Rica and beyond the host’s control. The property has recently upgraded to Starlink internet service to help reduce interruptions. Refunds are not provided for service outages.

We had an incredible stay at Casa no pasa nada. The views were absolutely stunning ! Waking up to the amazing view every morning was a highlight of the trip. (And not to mention the howler monkeys , and wildlife we saw and heard daily). Sunsets were spectacular lounging by the pool. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore while still feeling peaceful and private. Danielle and her team were fantastic with communication — always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions or recommendations we needed. It made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. The place itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable week. From the amenities to the layout, it really felt like a home away from home. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay and made our week in Costa Rica even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a beautiful stay at Dannielle’s house. The arrival was easy. We were welcomed with delicious local fruits and coffee. The house was amazing with a stunning view. We could observe monkeys in the forest in front. We also saw coatis around the house and beautiful birds. The communication was very easy and quick with the host. They were good at giving recommendations. The maintenance staff was discrete. We strongly recommend this place !

The house has an incredible view and a lot of potential to be an exceptional Airbnb. Unfortunately, there were several management issues upon our arrival that should be addressed. Arrival/directions: The directions are unclear and incomplete. At the second fork in the road, it needs to be specified to stay right. The current instruction to “go up the hill” leads left to a steep construction site that’s difficult to turn around in. Another guest noted this same issue months ago. The host was not open to feedback on improving directions. The door code was also not shared in advance. The back door happened to be unlocked, but we still had to ask for the codes after arrival. Cleanliness: The house was not properly cleaned. Counters and floors were dirty with visible spots. We sent photos and ended up cleaning ourselves upon arrival, which was especially challenging traveling with children. The host acknowledged the issue and offered a cleaner the next day. Location accuracy: While the

Amazing view, great house but the location is not for everyone and pretty remote from the beach so something important to note. If you are looking for a sanctuary in the jungle you are however served!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Costa Rica. The house itself is stunning, with an incredible view, and we truly enjoyed our time there. This was our third time in Nosara, and we decided to try staying up in the mountains for a change. The experience was fabulous and very peaceful. That said, we realized that, for our travel style, we prefer to be a bit closer to the beach. The drive up to the house is quite long, you’re about 12–15 minutes on a very rough road (definitely need a 4 x 4), and overall roughly 25–30 minutes from Nosara. We were going back and forth a couple of times a day because we were travelling with friends staying closer to the beach, which made for a lot of driving. Ashley was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There was no kettle when we arrived, and she had one there the next day! Ideal for travellers seeking a peaceful, stunning property and planning to spend most of their time enjoying the home itself. Highly recommend.

We found the remote location we were looking for - with sprawling views. Hosts were exceptional communicators and helped us with our changed plans due to weather. They also promptly resolved minor issues largely out of their control. Be sure to rent a 4x4 and use Waze to get to the home and explore in. The home had everything we needed, even Turkish beach towels. The windows in the bedrooms were incredible! We heard and saw howler monkeys. Save all unwanted food to feed the stray dogs as you get towards town, please. We even found some pigs on the road to feed.

Danielle’s place was so gorgeous. The photos do not do the view justice at all. We could hear howler monkeys every morning and the sunsets were so beautiful every night. Ashley also helped my friends and I with transportation and many different activities in the area. Upon arrival we were also left a fruit basket which was really nice!! Getting to the house and leaving the house was definitely a journey but it was so worth it every single time!! Can’t wait to book a stay here again my next time in Costa Rica!

A magical week at the villa. Absolute magic it's a remote tranquil place. It's a sanctuary... with epic views and really comfortable. Getting there at night in a rainstorm, we took a wrong turn and ended up stuck in the mud... quite an adventure... but some locals helped (angels that pushed us out of the mud) and we got there eventually. One tip- at the final fork in the road at the little nosara estates sign make sure you turn right and don't go left... the roads are in the wild and there's no GPS and you definitely need 4x4 in the rainy season. We got the hang of it though, driving in/out became normal by the next day. The beach/surf towns of Guiones and Nosara are nearby, great beaches and cute vibes. We rode horses on the beach and jungle which Ash helped arrange. And its was awesome because we were really the only ones there in remote places (not like a more busy town where you feel like you're on a tour). There's lots to do and Ash is there to help with whatever you need.
