This spacious home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

The interior is tastefully decorated, and the open kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. It seamlessly blends with the spacious living room and dining area, perfect for gatherings and a refreshing escape from the Cabo heat. For those who prefer a more laid-back experience, the cozy TV room offers the ideal space to relax and enjoy your favorite shows. The home’s layout is perfect for large groups, providing togetherness while also offering privacy when needed.

Outside, the private pool, soothing jacuzzi, BBQ area, and lounge spaces create an inviting outdoor retreat. Additionally, there is an upper terrace where you can enjoy beautiful ocean views.

The casita is located at the back of the house and features a fifth bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a sofa bed for additional sleeping space, a fridge, kitchenette, coffee maker, utensils, washer/dryer, and a full bathroom. This cozy casita also includes a private patio with a BBQ grill.

Guests staying at Villa Sidari have full access to all the community's amenities, including the oceanfront clubhouse. The clubhouse features a pool, a shaded palapa with seating areas, and tennis courts, all offering stunning ocean views. You can enjoy a relaxing stroll through the neighborhood or soak up the sun at the clubhouse. Villa Sidari is your perfect home away from home in the heart of Santa Carmela, blending comfort and convenience with access to everything Cabo has to offer.

Other Things to Note

Small children should be supervised by adults at all times. Adults are responsible for children's safety. Child hazards include, but are not limited to, the pool and jacuzzi with no gates. This villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults or 14 people if it's a mix of adults and children, making it perfect for families and groups.

Santa Carmela Community Rules

• Quiet hours: 9 PM to 9 AM
• Outdoor music must be controlled to avoid disturbing the neighborhood
• All guests must be registered at reservation and check-in
• Any non-registered guest/visitor requires property management authorization and security registration
• All trash must be contained in trash bags and placed in proper containers

Please note that there may be construction activities taking place during the day, with regular times from 9 AM to 5 PM and 9 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays. To maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need.

We accept monthly reservations; however, an additional refundable security deposit of $500 for each month may apply. Please confirm this before booking. This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines.
