A 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property, ensuring privacy and peace. Come and enjoy! The space Living Area: Our spacious living area is a haven of relaxation. Large windows frame the stunning ocean and jungle views, filling the room with natural light. This area features comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying the panoramic views or a cozy evening. Kitchen and Dining: Our fully equipped kitchen is a dream for those who love to cook, complete with modern appliances and ample workspace. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, seamlessly blends indoor comfort with the natural beauty outside, facing directly to the expansive teak deck and infinity pool. Bedrooms: Casa Mimosa comfortably hosts guests across three bedrooms. On the first floor, one bedroom provides convenience and accessibility, featuring a king-sized bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom. The second floor is home to two additional bedrooms, each outfitted with king-sized beds, air conditioning, and their own en-suite bathrooms. These rooms open onto a sheltered balcony, offering a cool, serene spot to enjoy views of the pool and ocean. Outdoor Deck and Pool Area: Our large teak deck, surrounding the inviting infinity pool, is not just a place for swimming and sunbathing, but also perfect for BBQs. This outdoor space is ideal for hosting gatherings or enjoying a meal under the sky, all while surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery. Additional Highlights: The house's exterior, adorned with teak and Guanacaste wood, exemplifies the beauty of local craftsmanship. A cozy TV area on the second floor, under the roof, provides a snug spot for entertainment and relaxation. Immersing guests in a blend of local artisan charm and modern comfort, our home offers a unique and unforgettable experience in the heart of Costa Rica's natural splendor. Other things to note Located on the hills near the town of Pinilla, Casa Mimosa is a short drive to some of Guanacaste's most beautiful beaches, such as Playa Avellanas (15min) and Playa Negra (15min). In less than 25min, you can be in Tamarindo, a lively tourist town with various restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Only 1 hr drive to Liberia Int. Airport. A 4x4 car is required to reach the property. Taxis or Uber are not readily available, so we highly recommend having a vehicle to enjoy this stay. Our local host, Francisco will be happy to help you with anything from arranging a rental car, shuttle service, adventure tours, private chef, massages, and anything you want for an unforgettable stay.

Unreal views. This house is stunning. There is a house next door but it feels incredibly private. The house is very modern and comfortable. Everything you need is here. The pool is incredible and the views are amazing. The road to the house is not the most fun but it’s fully worth it once you arrive. Francisco was incredibly helpful and was always readily available and gave us some excellent recommendations. The house is amazing and I would highly recommend staying here. Pura Vida 🌸🌴☀️

La casa es mejor que en las fotos, estas no le hacen justicia. Nuestro grupo la pasó super bien, la piscina es grande, la casa limpia, con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. El lugar es tranquilo y tiene unas vistas espectaculares. El anfitrión siempre está atento a todas las inquietudes que uno tenga, la comunicación es super rápida y acertada. Sin duda lo recomendaría 😊

Had a great stay. Had some minor unconviniences but the house itself was great! Power went out 1 day due to heavy rains (but it was throughout the neighborhood not just us), and make sure to keep the gate closed because local cows will get in and take a dump in or around your pool. The house was a nice place to cool off from the humidity and heat. The infinity pool is such a nice way to start/end your day. Beautiful views and sunsets. Would definitely stay again! Our host Francisco was very responsive and helpful. He gave us tips and I would text him to ask questions and he was always quick and helpful! The house was very cool and we enjoyed the privacy.

Pictures can’t do this place justice—it’s truly magical. Waking up to a view that stretches from the forest to the ocean is a bucket list experience. Each morning, a family of howler monkeys graced us with their presence in the trees. The property is remote, and as others have said, a four-wheel-drive vehicle is definitely a must. If you love stunning views and close encounters with wildlife, you won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I had such a nice, relaxing vacation. Francisco met us and we followed him to the place. It’s overwhelming at first but by the end, no big deal getting up the road that at first seemed like a roller coaster. Beautiful surroundings and wonderful Infinity pool. We saw monkeys in the trees at night. So cool! Francisco sent us a list of places to eat and beaches to visit.They were all great and very appreciated. He kept in touch the whole trip and was very responsive. Some things to know: bring soap, shampoo, etc. I would bring ear plugs because the birds and monkeys are loud at night. Stop at the store before hand and pick up groceries. We ate a majority of meals at the place but when we went out, food was excellent. I would use FishingBooker app to book a fishing trip.We used Tamarindo Fishing and it was awesome. Caught lots of tuna with Kenneth. We visited Tamarindo and Arellano Beaches.Tamarindo is more touristy and crowded but nice and good shopping & food. Great trip!

Hola!! La casa es increíble y la vista en la piscina no hay como describirla al atardecer, súper recomendado Francisco,siempre estuvo al pendiente y resolviendo nuestras dudas!!!!
