Casa Alegre, fantastic 4 bedroom home with pool

We really loved the place and liked Potrero over the other beach towns we drove through. Tim communicated very well and ensured we had everything we needed; he was a great host. Love the iguanas and the howler monkeys that hang out in the neighbourhood. The house had everything needed to feel at home for cooking and enjoying the back yard. Overall a great home base to check out everything along the coast.

Our 3-night stay at Casa Alegre was wonderful. The house is exactly as described and even lovelier than the photos. The pool is marvelous any time of day and perfect for groups like ours (2 families with young kids) and the host even provided beach chairs and toys, which was a nice touch. Having 3 bathrooms was also a big benefit. The location was initially a little challenging to find but it is well located in Potrero within walking distance (under 15 minutes) of the beach and main stretch of shops and restaurants. It was also a great launch point to several nearby beaches - we visited Playa Flamingo and Playa Penca within 15 minutes drive and Playas Tamarindo and Avallenas were within 45 minutes. Tim and Fabian were both very responsive and kind. We would happily return.

Belle maison, piscine non clôturée, service exceptionnel de Fabian, beaucoup de serviettes et lingerie, jouets et serviettes de plage, l’intérieur de la maison est beaucoup mieux que sur les photos. Nous avons beaucoup sport. Il manque seulement un lave-vaisselle.

Excellent place .. amble room for us six , a/c working great ,dipping pool clean , lotsa shade if you wanted to stay out of the sun , answered our questions rather quickly .. gave us good tips for our stay and activities we had in mind

Great place.

Tim and Fabian were awesome hosts. The house, yard and pool were absolutely beautiful. We ran out of propane when bbqing and Tim had us a new bottle of propane in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend any house hosted by Tim and Fabian.

Great place stayed for a weekend trip. It was very peaceful and there was plenty of room for the 8 of us.

Casa Alegre was perfect for our family reunion. The house was both very comfortable and appealing —just as described. The pool and very private garden were perfect for further relaxation after the beach. House is located in a quiet neighborhood with several coffee shops and restaurants within a pleasant stroll. We greatly enjoyed visiting a variety of the many beaches in the area. Thank you Tim for a great vacation home.

Great accommodations. Very private and relaxing. Everything you need for a great family vacation. Our group of 7adults had a great vacation. Potrero is close to numerous other beaches too.

We really enjoyed staying at Casa Alegre. It was perfect for our family of 7 which includes grandma, 3 teenage kids and 1 adult kid. We had plenty of space to spread out and really good space to gather for meals. Kids loved hanging out in the pool in the mornings and evenings, basically whenever we weren't at the beach. Everyone but grandma found it walkable but we had a car so we'd easily drive to dinner/store. Tim is very attentive and responsive. He met us to check us in and check us out, and was available for any questions. Highly recommend!
