The Space
Your group or family will appreciate the secure spaces for children—the accommodation was tested with our 3-year-old—as well as the beach access just seconds away on foot. The property also offers large air-conditioned rooms, relaxing areas, a central location, and convenient proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, and bars. Although the bars are nearby, their noise cannot be heard from the house.
Enjoy Nicaragua in a tropical yet peaceful setting.

My husband and I loved this house! We came for a long weekend with family and it was a perfect place, nice and spacious rooms as well as good outdoor space. Very close to the beach, markets, restaurants, but tucked away far enough that it is very peaceful and private. The caretaker was very helpful and responsive to whatever question or request we had. We would definitely rent here again in the future!
