Visitamos la casa en temporada alta y no me esperaba que la limpieza estuviera impecable, todas las habitaciones con aire acondicionado y baño propio, mi familia disfruto de la piscina, agradecemos el extra de tener chalecos para los niños, área de terraza con una hermosa vista al mar, acceso a una de las mejores playas privadas. Que los comentarios que mencionan la falta de aire acondicionado en la sala no te detengan para visitar este hermoso lugar ya que tiene suficientes espacios para disfrutar tu estancia. Espero que nuestra próxima visita sea más larga. Gracias Don Baltazar por su amabilidad.

Very relaxing, everything was exactly as described. Balthazar provided very clear instructions and communicated very promptly. He arranged on-site massages in addition to all of the tips and suggestions for food and getting around. Very friendly, very helpful. Stress free! Great experience and the price was reasonable. Loved it!

Me and my family had a great time staying here. Each of the rooms has its own bathroom. Very spacious living room and kitchen. Beautiful outdoor space and pool with an ocean view. I can't wait to return.

This guest house was a very nice place to stay. With the swimming pool and gazebo over looking the beautiful view of the ocean. Stationed in a private community, it felt very safe. Access to the beach is worthed. I would recommend doing the short drive to the parking lot. Our kids enjoyed the beach. Lots of fun down there. Even got to see fish in the tide pools down there. Showers and water hoses down by the beach was nice to have. The house location was ideal. Close to the beaches and restaurants in the area. Every amenity was there as described. Water machine was a plus to have for fresh cold water to drink. My kids enjoyed the clean pool . Especially my 4 year old whom enjoyed the little kiddie pool in the shade. We ate multiple times under the gazebo next to the pool. Spacious table with the view and a fridge out there to have easy access to cold drinks. Would recommend!

Great family vacation! Baltazar answered my questions incredibly fast and was helpful with suggestions for local restaurants. The kid pool and life vest allowed us easy kid pool time.

Para toda mi y toda mi familia esta casa merece 5 estrellas en casi todo. Lo único que le falta es tener aire acondicionado en la sala y comedor de adentro de la casa para poder tener actividades juntos dentro de la casa. El calor y la humedad dentro de estas 2 areas no nos permitio estar dentro juntos porque sudabamos un demasiado. La atención y amabilidad del Señor Baltazar y Edwin son excelentes. Mantener las puertas cerradas y ponerse repelentes para sancudos ayuda un poquito con los sancudos, los cuales hicieron fiesta picandonos a todos.

It's a nice place. The only drawback is that the house doesn't have air conditioning, only fans, and it was really hot inside. ( the rooms have air conditioning)

What an amazing vacation home this is! It has an amazing view of La playa, great pool and comfortable bedroom. Baltazar offers amazing communication!
