Near Playa Guiones Villas Costa Bella is only a 3-minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to a variety of restaurants. This Studio unit comes with king-bed, private bathroom and patio. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee-maker, blender and toaster, air fryer and hotplate perfect for preparation of light meals and snacks . There is a shared BBQ in the Rancho. The private patio has 2 chairs and small table that faces the pool area and rancho. The space The Architectural Design of Villas Costa Bella is tropical contemporary. The style of construction fits beautifully into the natural surroundings of Playa Guiones. Studio #2 is one of five units on the property. All units share the pool and the rancho which provides a BBQ and dining area. Villas Costa Bella is designed to maximize comfort in a tropical setting. Guest access All registered guests have access to the property through a keyless entry gate, and to the unit itself. Just inside the gate is an area for parking bicycles, quads and golf carts. Each unit has a private patio, and all registered guests have access to the pool and deck area. Other things to note Villas Costa Bella offers to change towels and linens in each Studio -twice per week. Guests have the option to have personal laundry done onsite (next day service), or use a laundry service called Super Wash located just 200 meters away.

Loved staying here. Very safe, beautiful gardens, and great location. As a solo traveller it was nice to have a complex where you can meet other travellers as well.

Susan was super helpful and communicative as was the rest of the team that helped with our stay. The space was better than the pictures. The only thing I’d like to note is there is loud music playing from the restaurant across the street every night except for Monday. It was booming! Perhaps more noticeable for me given I was traveling with my younger son and going to bed earlier, but it’s definitely something to be aware of. Not a deal breaker, but good to know if you stay here!

We loved our stay at Susan's place! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants while still feeling secluded and safe. Susan and her team were very responsive and communicative - would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Villas Costa Bella! The check in process was seamless, and the place is located in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood right near the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and the BBQ area was awesome! Would for sure stay again!

Great location. No need to rent a vehicle, can walk to beach and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. Perfect spot for enjoyable vacation.

Villa Costa Bella is really a beautiful place to stay. This is my third time I've stayed here and I was delighted to return. The lush garden at this place makes each guest house feel completely private. I love the outdoor patio area with the table and chairs. Everything was so clean and also freshly remodeled. Had a really nice vibe. This location is top notch. We've been coming to Nosara for many years and this is one of our favorite places to stay. It's really centrally located, a short walk to the beach, and surrounded by lots of good restaurants, as well as being close to the jungle path over to the "main street" of downtown Guiones - with more great restaurants, etc. Susan is really responsive and kind. Reiner, the property manager is so welcoming. Makes you feel right at home, and helps with anything you need. Great experience!

What a beautiful spot to chill and relax for 6 days! Place was everything thing it stated. Beach was 10 min walk and the sunsets were amazing! If you like burgers the place right across street has the best burger, so good we ate there twice. So many great restaurants in the area. Reiner the property manager was great to answer all our questions and arrange for our pick up on arrival! Bed and pillows were comfortable and the black out drapes were a plus to have few days of sleeping late. Overall one of the nicest Airbnb we’ve experienced.
