The Space
This upscale beach house is located directly on the beach in a quiet and secluded area of Cozumel Island, just 150 feet from the Caribbean Sea. It offers breathtaking views and all the comforts of home, including a Bose sound system, Netflix, and Wi-Fi. Whether you want to work remotely or relax, this property has you covered.
The rooftop features a shared party palapa equipped with hammocks, swinging bar stools, a swinging daybed, and a fire table/dining table, perfect for gatherings and enjoying the surroundings. This palapa is shared with the other condo in the building.
We offer three condos at Paradise Beach, each with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and fully stocked kitchens. You are encouraged to visit all three before making your choice.
Location
The beach house is situated right on white sandy beaches, allowing you to wake up to stunning views of the crystal-clear turquoise waters of the Caribbean. The veranda is an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the gentle sounds of the sea.
Nearby is Chankanaab, a protected national park just a five-minute walk away. Here, you can swim with dolphins, explore tropical botanical gardens, snorkel, scuba dive, or simply relax with tropical drinks.
Within walking distance are Uvas Beach Club and Las Tortugas, both located next door. The Money Bar, a popular bar and restaurant, is about half a mile to the north.
For scuba enthusiasts, you can obtain your PADI certification and start diving with a recommended dive master who offers beach pick-up.
A scenic drive to the other side of the island offers stunning coastal views, opportunities to play in the surf, and boogie boarding. Stop for lunch at the famous Coconuts restaurant and visit the island's highest point for spectacular vistas. The Chen Rio tide pools, known for their beauty and sandy beach, are also recommended for a relaxing visit.
Downtown Cozumel is a ten-minute drive away, offering abundant shopping, dining, and nightlife options. Popular local restaurants include Casa Mission, Blue Angel Resort, Rolandi’s Italian Restaurant, and The Money Bar. A detailed information sheet with our favorite spots is provided after booking.

Guest Access
Guests have access to a small, quiet, and secluded resort featuring a private sandy beach and a freshwater pool. The crystal-clear waters offer excellent snorkeling opportunities, and you can swim over to watch dolphins playing at Chankanaab Park.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Cozumel. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful reef right in front of the property for snorkeling and great restaurants nearby. The entire complex is very well maintained, with a wonderful pool and a beautifully cared-for garden area. We saw the groundskeeper working every day, which shows how much attention is given to keeping everything in excellent condition. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable, especially for families. We loved the thoughtfully designed kids' bedrooms. A special thank you to Damian, who was an exceptional host. Communication was always quick and easy, and he was incredibly helpful. When we had a small issue, he even came by personally to assist us. This level of care and hospitality was truly appreciated. We highly recommend this place and would gladly come back. It was a fantastic experience!

We decided to change plans and stay in Cozumel a few days so we found this place. The property is nice and right on the beach so it was great for quick access to the ocean. The towels and bedsheets were clean and smelled great so we felt it comfortable. We rented the ground floor unit in the front right facing the ocean and access in and out of the place was great. The price was fair but cost more than similar accommodation we had made our trip in the area at other places but this place had 3 bedrooms so it is likely a fair price if you need all 3 rooms. We were very satisfied with the property and likely to return but that will depend on the cost compared to other facilities in the area next trip. The host was responsive to my questions while staying at the facility and everything worked well. The Tortuga bar next door we visited once but it was overpriced and they added a big tip to the bill without asking us and we only had 3 people in our dinner party.

We stayed in May of 2026. We loved EVERY aspect of the place - convenient but private location, overall amenities, cleanliness, very friendly hosts (before, during and after our stay), accommodations, size of the bedrooms, functionality of the bathrooms, strong AC units, proactive but not at all intrusive property manager (Damien) comfortable beds and linens, available water toys for use, ample closet space, large TV, leftover books to read, relaxing palapa swing, ability to wade onto dive boat from the beach, helpful maintenance man (we needed an Allen wrench and he came through for us), off street parking, location, and the views...oh the views! We are already talking about coming back and booking both floors!

This is one of our favorite places on the planet. It truly is paradise. The pool is steps from the condo and the ocean is a couple of minutes beyond the pool. It is lovely, fun and so laid back. We hope to return next year for our 3rd year in a row.

Our stay was wonderful! We communicated with Damian throughout the week and he was very quick to respond and answer questions and offer recommendations. Housekeeping also came in to clean twice while we were there. Milkbones definitely worked to feed the fish, and water shoes are a necessity - both the beach and the entrance to the water have lots of coral. Towels and water are provided in case anyone else misses that in the listing. My parents are in their 70s and were able to join us - and being on the first floor for them was perfect.
