Had a wonderful stay. Amazing view off the back deck, several walkable restaurants , clean modern condo, away from the chaos of Cabo but a short 10 minute uber ride to downtown/marina. Space is well laid out for our family. Host was very responsive and kind. We would definitely come back!

We spent Christmas in SJD with our fam, and the stay exceeded our expectations. The views are cinematic sights of Land’s End, the marina, and cruise ships arriving and departing every morning. It truly feels like a living postcard. The apartment is centrally located. It is about a 10 min drive to the marina, a 10 min walk downhill to nearby restaurants, and just 7 min to the supermarket. The patio is very IG worthy and sits directly in front of the community pool. Because of the acoustics, you can hear some activity below, but it adds to the lively atmosphere. DEC weather was perfect with a constant breeze, so AC was NOT needed. We kept windows and doors open most of the time and always felt safe. Security was present and friendly. You may hear an occasional gecko chirp, but nothing disruptive. Check in was smooth with keyless entry. The only minor downside for a family of 5 was the hot was the hot water running out quickly but spacing showers solved it. Overall, A+ Stay!!! 😁

Overall a wonderful stay. Close to the downtown area but far enough removed to relax. The view is breathtaking, the place feels open and spacious, and the property is well maintained. We had everything we needed for our 5-day stay, including gym access, laundry, kitchen supplies, clean linens, and beach towels. The check-in and check-out process was simple and clear. We had some issues with the wifi one day and the propane tank for the firepit was empty. We also had a negative experience with security, but I believe that is outside the control of the host. We were satisfied with our stay in the end and would recommend to guests who are considering.

The apartment was in a private location, was peaceful and allowed a beautiful view. I came with Lysol spray for personal preference when traveling and found a dirty toilet in the process of wiping down. Floors felt very dusty, so we wore slippers. Beds were very comfortable had clean linens. Communication lacked. There are not lock I instructions and although this may not be a common issue, when you want to take 6 hours to respond, you should have instructions for back up so that no one needs your reply as much. No one will wait til the day passes to get a reply to how to securely lock the door. Safety of guests and home are at risk. We were then met with ZERO accountability although we were respectful in asking for clarification. I then felt the need to record every time I locked the door. Fire pit was out of propane so we couldn’t enjoy that-a big reason I booked this apartment. As a host, I would touch up on a lot, including offering more than 1 rag per guest staying 5 days.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our host was immediately responsive to any message we sent. The condo was immaculate. The views were spectacular. Sunsets from the spacious balcony were simply breathtaking. Underground parking was easy. There were several great restaurants nearby, within walking distance if you don't mind walking twenty or so minutes. 3-5 minutes by car. Some very nice grocery stores were also very close as well as a Costco. The staff kept the entire complex clean daily. We had absolutely no issues and would gladly stay here again.

My girlfriend and I spent the week here, and it was truly great. The apartment was nice, spacious, and very clean. The building itself and the amenities (pool, hot tub, and gym) were new and nice, and the location is great for getting to any of the beautiful beaches in the city. The food in the local area was great as well. When back in Cabo, I will definitely consider coming back here.

One of the best places to stay in Cabo. Besides the stunning views from the terrace, the pool was lovely to lay out on and all other activities/beaches in Cabo were a short uber ride away. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and plenty of towels were available for the showers and also to use at the pool. Would definitely stay here again!
