Guest Access and Fees

Rancho Santana charges a daily resort fee of $15 plus tax per person. This fee grants guests access to all resort amenities, including:

• Restaurants and pools
• Kids club
• Shuttle service

Please note that this resort fee is not included in the villa rental price.

Additional Information

Air conditioning usage is monitored and capped at 75 kWh per stay. Meter readings will be documented with photos. Any consumption exceeding 75 kWh will be charged at $0.35 per kWh, payable in cash at checkout.

The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. For each additional guest beyond 6, there is a fee of $50 per person per night.
