• Renovations are scheduled at Puerto Paraíso Mall's second level through December 2025. Construction activities such as removal, demolition, and masonry will occur from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with some cleaning and debris removal at night. Efforts will be made to minimize noise disturbances.
• Repair work is also underway in the mall area below the units, which may cause noise between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.
• This property is currently for sale. Interested parties may contact us for more information. During your stay, we may request permission to allow potential buyers access; you may decline.
• If the property sells before your stay, an equivalent unit in the same building with similar amenities and value will be offered.
• Pets are not allowed on the property. If you plan to travel with a pet or service dog, please inform us in advance so we can assist with alternative accommodations. Last-minute arrivals with pets will not be permitted.
