This Casita is inside Rancho Santana resort walking distance and closest to the main clubhouse and a 2 minute walk to Santana beach. You will have access to 5 beaches. Of these, two offer world-class surf spots while each is unique and magical in its own way. The space This quaint 2 bed/1 bath Casita offers the most convenient location in the development as it is just a 2 minute walk to the beach and main clubhouse - where you'll find two restaurants, a bar and pool - all with coastal views! The house sleeps 5 people comfortably with 1 king bed in the master bedroom and 3 twins in the guest room. The bedrooms have a shared bathroom while each has their own closet. There is a safe to secure valuables, a surf board rack for boards and plenty of common space in the main living area. Guest access You will have access to the whole house. This home is not part of Rancho Santana's Management Program. As of January 2023, Rancho Santana implemented a resort fee of $15/person/day plus tax (15%). This fee will be collected upon check in at the front desk concierge in order to have access to all of Rancho Santana's amenities and services. Other things to note Monthly rentals DO NOT include utilities (electricity and internet). We would need to collect a refundable security deposit of $500 before checking in. We would take a meter reading upon check in and check out and calculate the electric bill accordingly.

## Guest Access

This is an amazing place to stay in Rancho Santana. Its steps away from amenities and beach. Karina is a great host. We had a travel hiccup right before we stepped on the plane. She was able to get the info we needed while we were flying. Once on the ground I immediately received her updated message which made the rest of the journey stress feee. She’s a great resource. We will definitely be back. Thanks Karina!!!

We had a fantastic stay at the Casita! Its location was perfect—just a short walk to everything at the Ranch—while still feeling private and secluded despite nearby homes. The space was very clean and organized. Karina, our primary contact, was exceptionally responsive and helpful. She went above and beyond, assisting us with everything from answering questions to helping us coordinate transportation to and from the airport. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Hope to be back soon .

We Head a Great Time at Rancho Santana. It’s a magical place. The house has a very good location as it’s close to the pool and restaurant. You have enough space and the kitchen has lots to offer. The bathroom needs a bit of a renovation but everything was clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend it.

The casita was gorgeous. Super close to the clubhouse. Thought I was going to need an outlet exchanger but no need to bring one if you are coming from the US. The host was great and answered any questions that I had before hand. The check in and check out process was easy as can be.
